Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience, as cleanliness doesn't play a major role in this hotel. Since the apartment was very dirty upon our arrival (dirty toilet seat, food scraps in the refrigerator, dust and hair, stained curtains, dirty cutlery drawer, etc.), I complained to reception. We were then assigned another apartment, which unfortunately wasn't much better (see pictures). When I shower, I don't want to look at a completely dusty filter. I don't feel comfortable on a sofa bed with dust and clumps of hair underneath. And I don't want to cook in a kitchen with a sticky extractor hood and dirty skirting board! The fact that we were assigned another dirty apartment after our complaint shows that cleanliness is simply not important here – I don't need to complain again. Nobody even asked if everything was okay afterward – that's a different story. And all this at a price of €200 per night – outrageous! I strongly recommend training the cleaning staff and allowing them sufficient time for a thorough cleaning. We were disgusted and will never come back!
