Munich Maxvorstadt Hotels

This is primarily a business hotel. The facilities are quite new and well-maintained. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Its location is also excellent; turn right out of the hotel, and you'll find the train station and Hake Bridge. Supermarkets and McDonald's are all conveniently close by. We stayed for two days with our child during our trip. The only minor drawback was that housekeeping was not very timely with replenishing supplies. On the first day, the used towels we left aside were not replaced with fresh ones promptly.

The room is in the center of Munich, the location is good, and it is close to the subway station. However, the overall environment of the hotel is so-so, and the breakfast is so-so, which can only be considered barely edible. After all, in the city center, this price including breakfast is already cheap. However, I will not stay there next time because the light in the room is too dim, and the curtains are light-transmitting, which is not suitable for guests who require high sleep quality.

Creature comforts were well provided for, including the clothes line in the shower. Excellent coffee and breakfast at California Bean cafe next door. Perhaps the EUR10 voucher given in lieu of cleaning could be offered to the cleaning attendants as an additional option. Did not attempt to use the washing machine in the basement after seeing a hotel guest struggling with instructions. Self check-in took some time as we had to key in a lot of information while figuring out the German language.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the main train station, making transportation incredibly easy. Within a few hundred meters, you'll also find a REWE supermarket and a DM store. The room was clean, and it was very quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. They offer complimentary luggage storage. The only minor drawback was the room being a bit small, but overall, everything else was excellent.

Tour guide was not only knowledgeable but felt like a local even though he’s Irish but has been touring for fourteen years. The grasp and depth of his experience is deep and relatable. He also appears to genuinely enjoy and like what he does. Yes the reason I highly recommend Radiant Tours through TripAdvisor. The Dachau trip is not for the faint of heart but a must for history buffs, as well as local tour of downtown Munich with its rich history of the Great War and WWII.

The hotel had an amazing location, very close to the main munich train station and only a 10-15 mins walk to the marienplat area. However that’s the only good thing about this hotel. Other than that, the room is extremely tiny, and the bed is uncomfortable. There are also NO amenities provided, only shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, but the smell of their toiletries are so strong and off putting that i had to buy my own. Do note there is no fridge, no spoons, no slippers. This hotel is alright if staying alone but as a couple it was so cramped and awful. i would definitely not stay here again

The location is very good, you can walk to Marienplatz in a few minutes. It is close to 2 train stations, Central Station and Stachus Station. The room is spacious, beautiful and clean. There are towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer (no drinking water).

Hotel is located beside Munich HBF. Very convenient and accessible. There are nearby amenities around the hotel such as pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Room was kept clean every single day without having to be asked and the room I got was spacious. They even willing to lend their type , plug as mine didnt work to charge my phone. The hotel also has a nearby underground tunnel that links to the trains. I felt safe when I stayed at Eden. It was totally worth the money!

discovered the location of this hotel, rich in breweries and in the neighborhood of Löwenbrau, far from the center (30 minutes walk), you can use the tram # 21, the rooms are warm, spacious (December 2022).

I have been to Batu many times. This time I was a little uncomfortable. There was no front desk service. I only knew that I had to register online when I arrived at the hotel. Fortunately, the staff of Ctrip called to remind me. After repeatedly contacting the hotel, I finally advanced the room. The hotel staff came back to register in person the next day. For our 60-year-olds, it is very troublesome to not register in foreign languages online. Fortunately, it was finally done. Thank you Ctrip service is in place. 👍
