The hotel is very close to Munich Central Station. Not the best area to stay in Munich, but convenient if you are there for a short stay and don't want to carry your luggage though the whole city. The hotel is excellent! Nice, quiet room, new facilities. I've given only 3 stars for service as they forgot to empty the trash bin of the previous guests before we arrived. Anything else was excellent!
A warm and cosy hotel which is located near the Munich central station. The staff(Daniel and a young lady) were helpful and nice. I love particularly the common room which is a relaxing area for a morning coffee. My room is spacious and also comes with a small but well furnished kitchen. I would recommend this hotel to all those who are planning to visit Munich.

Hotel service was excellent ..location is superb 2 mins walking distance from Munchen HBF. 5 mins waking distance from Hotel for City sightseeing Hop on Hop bus terminal. We had a great 2nights stay @Maritim Munich. Breakfast was very good for Nonvegetarian people. But there is no option for Vegetarian people. Request you to include options for them also.
I had stayed several times in a hostel, though over 50. I had an overall great experience here. The service was solid, the room as good as I might expect with easy to use lockers. Close to the train station and a 15 minute walk from Old Town. The only problem was excessive comradeship that kept me awake along with a snoring roommate. Bring your earplugs!
The hotel is far from new, but many rooms have been renovated. Construction is in full swing on Schillerstrasse and everything is blocked off. The area was very controversial, but has now become quite unpleasant. Hotels give good discounts in connection with this, I think. The hotel has a good breakfast.
Good locations 2 blocks away from Munich train station and near old town. Neighbourhood is a bit shady at night, with loud people hanging around. Facilities showing age and elevator was slow and sensor not receptive but relatively well maintained considering age of property. Staff is generally helpful.
Location: The hotel boasts a fantastic location, just a 10-minute walk from Munich Central Station. With easy subway access, getting around the city was incredibly convenient.
Environment: However, the immediate area around the train station felt a bit gritty, chaotic, and somewhat run-down. There were groups of questionable individuals lingering, which made walking alone feel quite uneasy and vulnerable – it was honestly a bit concerning.
Facilities: As a budget-friendly hotel, the design is quite basic, and everything is simple. A significant issue was that the bathroom light in my bathroom was completely out. Despite reporting it to the front desk, it was never repaired (or perhaps couldn't be fixed). I was definitely glad I only stayed for two nights.
Everything was ok except that there’s no air conditioning in the room. Informed reception but they said there is aircon (couldn’t feel any wind at all) and we can’t adjust the temp and it’s different from the US aircon system where we can adjust as we wish. It’s honestly very stifling in the room and we were perspiring while sleeping, even waking up in the middle of the night because it’s too warm. Opening the window doesn’t help because there’s no wind at all and it’s also pretty warm out there. Winter would probably be good space to stay in but definitely not in the rest of the seasons

Great
GGcatRoom is excellent. Very spacious room for 3 of us. Bathroom had shower/shampoo/conditioner/hand soap and hand lotion. There were also complimentary drinks provided in our room''s mini bar. Breakfast was awesome, wide varieties and was very fresh. Definitely to book again when back in Munich.
GGuest UserPlus - The hotel's successful location near the station and main attractions. Clean, comfortable beds, good room equipment, emulsion is the role of the stand, sleep in full dark great pleasure. Mini bar free, beer, water, juice. Welcome staff, good breakfast.
Of the downsides, it's a tram under the windows who is sensitive to sound, noise can interfere. I didn't hear the tram when the window closed. No slippers.
I definitely recommend this hotel.
LLim EdwinThe breakfast buffet is one of the best I have tried! Great location that is near to the train station as well as walking distance to the Old Town.
EEmily YuenThe hotel is conveniently located near the train and subway stations. There are plenty of eateries, supermarkets (rewe, Lidl)and drugstore (dm, rossmann) nearby. Hotel reception staff are also very extremely helpful and nice. Although the room is very spacious, there are a couple of issues. The light in the room is not enough. The sleeping area and writing desk are too dark. The table lamp is not functioning well. One of the bed lights is out of order. Besides, there is serious musty smell in the bathroom, which make me doubt the hygiene.
GGuest UserThe hotel is 5 min walking from the train station, so it’s perfect if you arrive by train. The staff was really welcoming and the hotel seemed to be renovated recently. It was a great stay.
LLap FaiThe hotel is very stylish and clean. The room is cleaned every day. The front desk staff is enthusiastic. The Marshall speaker in the room did not work and the water in the wash basin did not flow out smoothly.
MMichaelIt was a convenient location but lots of noisey people seem to congregate late in the evening and needed window open due to heat. Would have been fine in cooler weather with window closed.
I found all the staff very friendly and would stay again. Room was spacious.
ややすぽんIt was good that it was close to the central station. I was worried about the security, but I don't think I needed to worry too much. The room was not large, but stylish, and the facilities such as Nespresso capsule coffee were good.
GGuest UserFantastic location opposite the main train station and close to centre of town. Clean rooms with service to replace towels and make beds daily. We had a room away from the main road but it was still quite noisy at night if the windows were open as it’s an inner city area. Our first night was very hot so we had the window open and it was noisy (noise woke us several times). The rooms are very clean but one thing was there was black mould in the grout in the shower. Very easy to spray and fix! We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very comfortable and comfortable.
You have the reserve at hand to avoid disadvantages.
We arrived the room was perfect but the second day they forgot the room service.
