Good, but can do better in terms of the environment, employee training, orientation and landscaping. I was there with family for a short stay. After making our choice of room type, we were given another. We decided not to complain since our stay was short. Again, towels were not placed in the bathrooms. We decided to manage our private face towels. After checking out, we were called by the front desk that their towels were missing! It took really a long exchange and the Customer Service Manager's intervention before they confirmed our claim. The manager later apologized but sadly, a first impression was already made. It wasn't altogether a bad experience. The staff were markedly friendly but there is room for improvement.
