Location: Is awesome , No doubt about it. 5 out of 5 Food : It is good and tasty 4 out 5 Service : Not up to the mark, Sometime the guy get irritate if you ask multiple times for some stuff. 2 out of 5 Room : There was a big confusion the room displayed on booking site and at the hotel , anyways owners taken the account of it but still I felt cheated on first day where I have to wait for 1 - 2 hours to short it out between vendors and owners of the resort , also I have to pay extra as the room was very small. In the end whoever is in the wrong side I felt i paid more to stay in upgrade room. 2 out of 5 Power Backup: There was no proper power backup for 2 days and no one is worried about this , its a trouble who like to spend time at resort , no internet coverage for that time where I have to go Camelot office room to work and charge mobile. 1 out of 5

We recently stayed at this resort in Munnar. It was an exceptional experience, with breathtaking views of a beautiful landscape. The overall ambience was wonderful. The serene and comfortable atmosphere was an addition to everything. The hospitality was amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that we had a comfortable stay. The warmth and eagerness they have portrayed to welcome us were exceptional. It was my dad’s birthday, and we just wanted to spend some time in a nice space, and Camelot was indeed the best option. The commitment to provide a high standard of quality in everything. Also, the food was just mouth-watering. I cannot imagine getting such amazing food in such a chic and appealing atmosphere. The way they arranged the restaurant for my dad was also exemplary. Overall, the stay was just perfect. I can't wait to return!!!😍😍

It was a pleasant stay while visiting Munnar. The room was very clean and great service by the team. The food was very yummy and it had a magic to fill our stomach and heart at the same time. The Camelot resort is having an exclusive tea estate within which gives that special effect to our holiday. The trekking in the early morning to the tea estate, echo points, water pool is a mind blowing experience. The Camelot supporting team is very polite and friendly. Thanks alot for providing us great memory to cherish when we think about Munnar. Must visit to stay and no guilt.

I had a very good experience in Camelot Resot enjoying the pleasant stay and the beauty of nature.This property is covered by their own tea gardens and gave a wonderful view from my room.The food is very tasty and the services are also appreciative.The main factor which attracted me is that Dileep and his family stay within the property and are very welcoming as well as always make sure of the comfort of their guest.I had a very memorable family time in Camelot resorts.Thank u Camelot Resort.

Really enjoyed our stay over Camelot with a nature friendly environment…. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout. Happy to mention Ms. Nithi, the owner s daughter who had provided my family an extraordinary experience… Mr. Dani was of great help for his hospitality. The owner himself comes and interact with people and gives them safe directions. I strongly recommend this place for anyone who wants to enjoy nature and guided trekking.

Decent views and great hospitality. The owner Dilip is so full of energy and positivity. He'll also treat you like you're his own son/daughter. All the resort staff are very kind and super helpful. Very clean and well maintained property. Food is great but 5 star rates. There's no phone signal except BSNL, and wifi works only near the reception.

Camelot was chosen in view of landscaped property with more than a decade of running We were disappointed by the old and illmaintained rooms Some of them are down market and old. The bathroom fixtures are quite old. Shockingly, the intercom does not work, mobile phone sims does nt work and no WIFI is provided. To order food, you have to climb up and down the hill and steep stairs, end up puffing and panting Lack of wifi-you cant upload your photos in social media. More importantly, losing connectivity, is scary medical perspective- if some one develops heart attack or any other medical emergency, you have no option to inform the reception/ front office staff. Despite all these shortcomings, they charge heavily- 6700 rupees for quite an old room which they claim to be a "luxury room" Well landscaped property, but very much illmaintained.

Camelot Munnar is a must visit resort .I have been there with my family ten days back and the experience was awesome. Really got mesmerized by the tea garden and lush green landscapes which envelope the resort. My Kids really enjoyed time with Camy and Roxy especially during our morning trekking . Well maintained rooms and surroundings , hats off to Mr& Mrs Dileep for developing such an amazing property . Thanks a lot t to all Staff and ***ager for taking care of us during our stay.
