Very clean. Staff are so so nice. Even my request was done by the management to put happy birthday for my wife. They didnt know that I can speak tagalog and english but the touch of writing the japanese in a piece of paper is so awesome. They really took time to do that.

It was actually better than expected. The place was a bit small but very clean and cool, there is free parking. The rooms are of average size, has a great view, cool, good bathroom size, very big king size bed, soft and nicely made up. Pillows are soft but not collapsible so that's a plus. Has free bedroom slippers, complete toiletries, has bathrobes and towels. Staff are very courteous, easy to talk to, helpful and very accommodating. Breakfast is just so-so, a bit expensive for its selection, not enough choices.

Overall a Great Stay, but Room for Improvement :)  We recently stayed at B Hotel and had an overall positive experience. It’s definitely budget-friendly, which is perfect for those looking for a more affordable option in the area. The highlight of my stay was the fantastic staff and the level of service—they were friendly, attentive, and really made my visit enjoyable. The room itself was comfortable and clean, but there is some room for improvement. The only issue I encountered was with the bathroom. The toilet felt a bit old and musty, and could really benefit from an upgrade or a deeper renovation. A more modern and fresh bathroom would certainly elevate the experience. That being said, the stay was still pleasant, and the value for the price is great. I would recommend this hotel for anyone on a budget who values good service and a solid location. With some improvements to the bathroom, it would be a perfect option for a short stay.

No big and nice swimming pool. Just an outdoor tub. Breakfast buffet is good. I like it! Bed is not that clean though. Something is biting so I was not able to sleep well. Internet is a bit slow in my room. View is not that nice. Staffs are friendly especially at Prime Cafe. The guy who cooked eggs is so nice so as the guy who served coffee. Good stay so far.

Another good location within walking distance to eating place. Hotel provide shuttle service to ATC n FESTIVAL MALL.. HELPFUL n Friendly staff...Good service!!!!! Will be back again!!!!

Staff are friendly and helpful.Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

The facilities of the hotel is old, and there has no window in my room, and the water output is quite slow and no enough… bad experience

Hotel room was very clean and comfy. Good at the breakfast buffet is good though it can still be improve by adding more food options. Over all experience was great and all the staff starting from front desk desk all the way to room service was 10 out of 10.

The room is very spacious which I really love, the bed and pillows are comfy, has a very big window. The bathroom is just the normal size, with hot and cold shower. There’s not much amenities. The buffet breakfast has a few options only, did not enjoy much.

We stayed here for 4nights because of a power outage at our condo. I wanna thank them for accepting our furbaby and even providing peetray and water bowl. Their staff are consistently accomodating and polite. Kudos to the mngmt!!

All good for an overnight stay. Location is superb and not right smack in the middle of the crowded part of Alabang.

Great location near mall

Very Good Hotel!!! Actually it is more than we expected! The room is spacious… A little hiccup when we have to change our room because our original room’s air-conditioning malfunctioned but they replaced it very fast… They even gave my 1 year old a Birthday Cake…
