The hotel is brand new. The rooms are spotlessly clean, bright, and incredibly comfortable. The service is also exceptionally attentive. It's conveniently located very close to both Gate 1 and Gate 2 of Xizha. Moreover, there are many fantastic restaurants and fruit shops in the vicinity, and everything is delicious!

The hotel is just 5 minutes walk away from Wuzhen West Scenic Zone. Room and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is basic, enough to start your day. There are many restaurants and a few convenient stores nearby. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

The service was warm and attentive; they even provided complimentary Gugao biscuits, a local Wuzhen specialty. The place was very clean, with a practical wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The surroundings are full of Hanfu experience stores and supermarkets. Its location is excellent, being very close to Xizha Scenic Area, and only 1-2 kilometers from Dongzha and Wucun.

The hotel is perfectly situated between the two entrances of Xizha, which is incredibly convenient. Dongzha is also just a 10-minute drive away. Our room featured a balcony, lovely for enjoying the night views, and it was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. During check-in, we had a delightful surprise: the hotel staff presented me with a complimentary local souvenir, a truly thoughtful gesture.

The hotel is 5 mins walk from Wuzhen West Gate. There are some local Chinese restaurants to eat nearby. The room is small and clean but have little bit of smoke smell. The only thing is there is no place to hang the clothes from inside the bathroom. The hotel provide simple buffet breakfast and free self service to wash the clothes. There are lots of lighting control in the room which make it convenient to adjust the lighting especially during night time.

For our summer vacation trip to the ancient town with my child, I did a lot of online research and ultimately picked this hotel, largely based on its positive reviews. Upon arrival, the hotel seemed quite decent. However, it was a bit noisy at night since it's located on a main street. The convenient dining and shopping options nearby definitely make it a reasonably good value for money.

The room was clean and spacious, and it's incredibly close to Wuzhen Xishan Scenic Area! The front desk staff was very friendly. I didn't heed her advice to head out to the scenic area at 5 PM, and sure enough, I went too early, got tired quickly, and ended up missing the night view... Looks like I'll have to visit again! Parking assistance was always available. The washing machine and dryer were clean and convenient. The breakfast offered more variety than a typical guesthouse, and they even included two days of breakfast for our two children, which was very accommodating and flexible.

The hotel boasts new facilities and feels like a legitimate establishment. The rooms are spacious, clean, and hygienic. Free parking is available right at the entrance, and the location is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the Xizha entrance. However, there were several drawbacks. The air conditioning unit was quite loud and affected my sleep. There was no hair conditioner provided, only shampoo and shower gel. The complimentary toiletries were of poor quality, with the toothbrush being particularly stiff, and the pillows were also quite hard. Furthermore, the service from the staff lacked enthusiasm.

We planned to stay one night outside Xizha and enter early the next day. This hotel was an excellent choice given its convenient location, just a few hundred meters from the Xizha entrance. It was very easy to find and made coming and going effortless. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were also exceptional; they greeted us right at the entrance and immediately helped with our luggage. A truly satisfying stay.

The rooms were simply decorated, offering a refreshing feel, and came with excellent amenities. The mini-fridge was a convenient touch, and breakfast is also provided. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a 2-minute walk from Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area. We arrived in the afternoon and enjoyed a night tour of Wuzhen Xizha. The surrounding area is bustling with various eateries, making dining incredibly convenient. Right opposite, there's a convenience store and a breakfast shop, with a barbecue restaurant next door. The front desk staff was absolutely superb. When we returned from our night tour having lost our room card, they replaced it without question and even comforted us. At 11 PM, when we wanted to heat up our takeout food, the staff kindly opened the restaurant for us to do so. When we checked out, they even helped us carry our luggage to the car. Their service was incredibly thoughtful. The facilities were excellent overall, my only minor suggestion would be to add a deflector to the air conditioner vent, as the direct airflow could feel a bit chilly.

The hotel boasts a very convenient location, just a three-minute walk from the Xizha Scenic Area entrance. This setup allows for a perfect itinerary: you can explore Dongzha in the morning, return to the hotel for a rest, and then re-enter Xizha around 4 or 5 PM to experience its charm both during the day and at night. The staff were excellent; they came out immediately to help us with our luggage from the car's trunk as soon as we arrived. There are also plenty of dining and drinking options nearby, and it's easy to take a taxi to the city center for some exploration.

Conveniently located near wuzhen west gate. Downside was that the toilet and shower doors were quite see through, not very suitable for people who wants more privacy.

Walking distance from the Wuzhen Xizha long distance bus station. The hotel is located opposite the road. Look for RUITING instead of Jiayuan as the Chinese and English name is differently worded. The room is big and clean. Breakfast is justified with the price. Mostly Chinese cuisine. Laundry is available. Two big and new washer together with a dry. A plus for us as we are traveling from one city to another. Reception staff Xiao Lu and Xiao Xu both rendered excellent services to us. Xiao Xu help us to carry our luggage to the lift entrance and recommended us where to eat and what time we should start our journey into the ancient town tour. Xiao Lu helps me with my Didi booking to Tongxiang Station. We also received a gift of the local delicacies Tips for those traveling from Hangzhou to Wuzhen. The best transportation is by bus. Take a bus from Hangzhou East Railway Station, bus platform located at the ground floor. Sharing the same building with a high speed train but different wings. Tell the taxi or Didii driver to drop you at the bus station entrance. Can buy a ticket on the spot. RMB45. Quite frequent. Back from Wuzhen, just grab to Tongxiang Station by taxi or Didi depending on your destination. Mine is back to Shanghai. Other destinations can buy bus tickets at the station where you stop
