Garden Holiday Village - Adults Only

Really enjoyed our stay here, very laid back and we paid a bargain price through Easyjet Holidays. However, we were offered a room upgrade on arrival for €90, which we took. We were there in the last week of the season so things were winding down but the staff were very helpful and attentive. The entertainment guy Kuba was such a nice guy and although we weren't around for the entertainment, apart from our first night, he always made a point of coming and taking to us when he saw us. The pool was chilly as expected for October but large and useable, no fighting for sunbeds here, there are plenty! The room was OK but needed some refurbing, especially the door which was in bad condition, but I expect these issues will be addressed during the winter closedown. It's about a 10-12 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants so maybe a bit further than some people would want, but was OK for us. The included breakfast was fairly good, no real complaints but may not be so good if you're fussy! The evening buffet was €20 each which is probably a bit more than we wanted to pay but we made sure we had plenty. Wine and water need to be paid for on top. Drink and food prices on site are quite expensive so you may want to get some supplies from a shop.

I had a lovely time relaxing at Garden Holiday Village. The room was perfect, cleaners came every day. All rooms overlook the pool area and gardens which are all maintained and beautiful! Staff all very friendly and as a 1st time solo traveller, I felt very safe in the hotel and walking around the area. I took mosquito spray and bracelets and only had a couple of bites. Breakfast buffet was really tasty and lots of choice.. evening buffets were delicious also! Really can’t recommend this hotel enough… I will definitely be returning!

Great and friendly welcome. Room spacious and clean. Breakfast ok, but you can get omelettes and fresh fruit. Nice place to relax. I would come back. They have tennis courts , jacuzzi and restaurant for the evening dinner. Highly recommend.

Hotel was beautiful very quite lovely pool area plenty of beds. staff are exceptional in all areas they can’t do Enough for you. Food was delicious, we ate at the buffet and had lunch in the snack bar and it was beautiful. ( you need to get straws though) we very much enjoyed our stay here and we even got engaged on the beach 😊 Just little note- it’s not air conditioned & the glass door in the bathroom is not a vibe it’s not private and it kept coming of the runner. Mosquito 🦟 are a problem but it’s all Over the island- theres a huge lake and marsh land next to the hotel so doesn’t help but we still got bitten at the airport and beach .

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights. We arrived very early but as it was lovely and warm we sat outside and had lunch. (Chicken baguette and chips - chicken a tad over cooked). Lovely waiter Jose. The reception staff were also friendly and welcoming. Finally got to the room. Though a bit snug with two single beds it was fine for us. We overlooked the garden and had views of the mountains. The receptionist came up later with a kettle as we had asked for one. Only negative is bathroom shower, paint and door was well worn and could have done with a paint job or tidy up. Overall a lovely break. I did get attacked with mosquitos about 6 bites. we were given a mosquito repellant to plug in. No a/c as apparently not hot enough yet to have on. Though I’d gone all day room is shut and stuffy when get back so need to open door to let cool air in. So left patio door open with netting curtain pulled over at night time as hot in the room About 15-20 min walk to beach and shops. We preferred Alcudia and picadors for dining as had more selection so yapok bus rides there. 4 euro one way. Very easy.

I have just returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel after finding an amazing deal on a package holiday sight. The hotel’s facilities were brilliant, the pool area and the activities provided were great and the staff were very kind. We enjoyed our stay here, however, when it comes to staying in a hotel there are some key elements that should be up to scratch and here we found that they were not. They cleanliness of the hotel was really questionable with a stained and very visibly filthy sofa, stained bed sheets (on the first day we arrived), filthy floors and had to ask the cleaners to mop them, dirty bathrooms and an extremely filthy pillow inside the pillow case which I did ask to change and this was rectified. The hotel its self was brilliant but we felt as though the most important element of hygiene was really lacking and therefore I don’t think we would return. We were on the ground floor of a room and one morning at about 6 am we were awoken by the people above showering, it felt as if we were in the shower with them it was that loud from above which ruined our sleep. We feel that this hotel would be truly amazing if the hygiene of the rooms was taken more seriously and if some more soundproofing was carried out. Thank You very much for our stay and to the lovely staff on the front desk, you made our stay very enjoyable aside from the room issues.

Unfortunately the rooms lack sound isolation. The sleep quality is very low due to all the noises you can hear from the neighbours. Even with wax ear plugs you can still hear neighbours talking. Drunk guests screaming and laughing at night on their way to the rooms only contribute to this problem. AC is blowing hot air. The personnel is a highlight of the hotel. People are really trying their best to make this place clean, nice and friendly. The breakfast is good and has a great choice of fruits, vegetables and local products. Coffee is good.

First of all I would like to start by saying the most positive thing about our stay which was the politeness of the reception staff , 2 girls to be particular. Now, the rooms - we upgraded to the suite which was ok, would have hated to seen the standard room. Rooms weren’t very clean atall, bit tacky and outdated. Cleaners came in and just replaced towels & changed bedding - didn’t clean anything in the room. Bathroom had no ventilation so was constantly moist and damp smelling. During our stay In may, there was no evening entertainment atall the hotel itself was quite boring and quiet, I think we was the youngest people staying ther (30&35). Didn’t go to breakfast once so can’t comment on that. Pool was dirty and freezing so didn’t go in that. Jacuzzi was also ice cold so didn’t use that. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not.
