My mother and I stayed in this place for 5 days. It’s very close to the airport. The receptionist was very kind to let us check in earlier because we were super tired after a long night flight. Both of them were helpful (ordered a taxi for us,recommended different excursions and places etc). The apartment was clean and spacious. We had a proper rest and slept well there. The only drawback I can mention is that they didn’t come to clean our room,neither changed our towels. Maybe you should ask them to do it by yourself 🤷🏼♀️

Wonderful hotel. Friendly staff. Clean! Always friendly and helpful. I love this place. The coffee shop across the street has the most delicious pastries.

Хороший маленький отель. Просторный двухкомнатный номер с кухней. Все что нужно для комфортного проживания есть. В нашем номере было два небольших, но вполне фкункциональных балкона, для курящих людей очень удобно. Очень приятные сотрудники на стойке регистрации, помогали решать все возникающие вопросы, например, предоставили нам напольные весы, когда было необходимо взвесить наш багаж. Несколько раз вызывали нам такси со своих телефонов, что заметно дешеале, чем ловить такси самостоятельно на улице. Внимательный и отзывчивый персонал, очень приятное обслуживание. Расположение в жилом районе с аутентичными домами местных жителей. Я такие районы люблю. До крупных торговых центров - от 15 до 20 мин на такси. Стоимость поездки 2-3 риала. Это 400-600 руб примерно. До национального парка ( прекрасное место с вечерним шоу) ехать 15 мин, поездка менее 3 риалов ( около 600 руб). До моря минут 5 пешком. Пляжа хорошего нет, но полюбоваться и погулять по берегу вполне можно. Возле гостиницы обитают местные котики, охотно принимающие заботу. Они милые. мы их кормили. В целом, отель рекомендую.

Fairly close to the Muscat airport this place is a good stop to collect impressions from a residential area with access to the beach. The rooms are quite spacious incl. combined leaving room and kitchen.
