Everything was spotless, and housekeeping maintained the room perfectly throughout our stay. The pool area and private beach were highlights of our visit. There were always plenty of comfortable sunbeds, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the water was crystal clear. Breakfast was another standout experience, with an impressive selection of fresh, high-quality dishes catering to a variety of tastes. "What a wonderful stay we had at Park Inn! From the moment you enter the hotel everything feels so well maintained, clean and service is high. The check in was smooth and the staff is very nice! The rooms are spacious, beds are super comfortable and the shower was amazing, especially the rain shower. The hotel from ground floor/lobby to the rooms are clean and all of it feels fresh. The breakfast in the hotel is definitely a must have when you visit this hotel, everything is freshly made, the options are in abundance and we had a joy having breakfast here daily. Points for improvements for this hotel from my point of view: why do they have a beautiful flat screen Samsung TV that's not Android/Google TV? We are living in 2026 and I just can't get over the fact that in a hotel like Park Inn you have a very poor choice of entertainment in your room. You can cast to the tv, but it works very badly and the built in web browser is just horrible to use on the tv. If possible I would recommend the hotel to just invest in this to make someones stay more pleasant. Another thing for improvement is the coffee bar. I had 2 coffees there, one regular cappuccino and 1 Spanish Latte and unfortunately for such a hotel, with an amazing breakfast and what looked like an amazing dinner experience and a lovely coffee bar, the coffee was just not good, especially not for the price you pay for it. This resulted in me going out daily with my car to different coffee shops to get decent coffee. Such a shame, because the machines and set-up look ok to have some good coffee, I suspect the coffee beans to be the culprit or that something needs to be checked. Other than these 2 minor points, this was definitely a very pleasant stay and definitely a hotel I want to return to whenever I visit Muscat again!"

"I made a last-minute booking. I came from Dubai to fly back to Thailand. It was very convenient as it's close to the airport. I stayed one night before my early morning flight. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the shower room was a bit small. Overall, it was okay."
