Great off season rates. Right on the beach with many different paid amenities. Spacious efficiency suite. Mattress a bit worn and used.

The concierge staff member was rude, valet staff were rude. We checked in and either our room was never cleaned or it was someone else’s room. All issues were brought to the attention of the staff so they quickly tried to rectify the issues. We were given a room credit for our troubles. I can honestly say that the issues I encountered & rudeness of staff was not something I expected from the Hilton brand. I appreciate the effort to resolve it quickly. Overall the hotel is beautiful & well kept. My oceanfront room was very relaxing with beautiful views from the 14th floor. This is one of my top 3 favorite places to stay at Myrtle Beach. I'm looking forward to returning soon.

Fabulous room with great amenities and ocean view. A few issues but these were resolved immediately. As compensation, we were upgraded to a new room with ocean front and even more amenities. Highly recommend.

Nice place. Good views of the ocean. Close to boardwalk and shopping and dinning options. Decent place. However only 2 towels on the bath for a 3 night stay for 2 people…. Come on. My wife uses 2 towels every time she showers! Mediocre quality at best. One of the worst beds in any Hilton I have stayed in. Too soft and saggy. All in all I would say stay at oceans 22 only a few blocks south. Much better quality and staff.

Stay was good, post stay service has been very bad.left phone charger in room and no one will look for it or return my calls regarding finding it. I am little POed.

Friendliest staff was the bell boy. Manager was rude. Had a question about rate at checkin, she took 30 min for her to come and speak to us.
