We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, despite a rocky start. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere that made our stay truly memorable.
There was a mix-up with our booking initially, which was disappointing, but the manager, Mr. Ceasar, stepped in and handled it with exceptional professionalism and care. They went above and beyond to make things right, ensuring we were well taken care of.
We ended up staying in a lovely yurt, which was spacious, cozy, and a unique touch to the experience. The sunny weather during our visit only added to the charm, allowing us to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces.
Overall, a wonderful place to unwind, and thanks to the manager’s quick action, our stay turned out perfect. Highly recommend!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Meals are delicious. It's a nice experience to stay at blue lagoon, I'll definitely go back again in the future. The resort has different activities every day and have trip to the sawa-i-lau cave some days or can climb the mountain. Highly recommend.

Snacks available in between breakfast/lunch/dinner would be great if people like us are hungry all the time 😂 visit to the sawa i lau cave is a must and trekking the mountain to catch the sunset.

We visited several resorts from the helicopter. The beach at the Blue Lagoon Resort is the most beautiful. The beach villas are quiet and beautiful. The food is also good. There are minibar drinks and a welcome dinner on the first day, which is very sincere.

The sea in front of the hotel is the biggest advantage of the hotel. It is so beautiful. It has four or five colors on a sunny day. There are many fish. You can see it in the shallow water and you don't have to go too far to see the corals. The three meals in the hotel are good (Western style), breakfast is a main course (order by yourself) + fruit bread, milk and yogurt buffet, lunch is a main dish, dinner is a three-course meal (several dishes are optional) + soup, drinking water is available all day Free buffet service at the dining table, great! The advantage of a small hotel is that the service is particularly considerate. You can feel the kindness and kindness of all the employees, and they are as caring as friends! In terms of hardware, the air conditioner is Panasonic, which is new and cools quickly. The water pressure in the bath is very high and hot, which is especially important when going in and out of the sea. The toiletries are of good quality. In short, I had a wonderful vacation here. I was busy in and out of the sea in front of the door every day. I hope to come back in the future! When we returned to the main island, it rained, so the hotel wrapped our large suitcases in larger rainproof bags. When we returned to Tanah Yao Pier, among the carts of luggage that were unloaded, we were the only ones left. Protected against rain. grateful!

Overall, the service is okay. All meals are included. The scenery in front is really good. The sea is at least the four-color sea. The best thing is that it provides both large towels and large bath towels. It is said to be a beach towel. The public restroom is also very convenient. It's clean and tidy. The public bathroom is also great and you can take a hot shower. However, I guess single rooms such as villas are not very cost-effective.

Let me talk about the advantages first:
The location is good, in a relatively good area of the Yasawa Islands, the sandy beach is delicate, the sea water is layered in color, and the natural environment has nothing to say, great!
Let's talk about the general situation:
Most resorts on the Yasawa Islands have a mandatory meal package plan, which will be explained in advance before booking, and the meal fee is paid in the past. The price of this restaurant is 159 Philippine dollars per person per day (three meals).
Next are the disadvantages:
1. There are many mosquitoes on the island, but the original ecological environment is like this. It is understandable. It is recommended to bring enough mosquito repellent to the island.
2. The garden villa (two-bedroom) we live in, our room and the room next door both have a regular air conditioner, and the other has a temporary refrigerator. The sound of the temporary machine is super loud, buzzing all night, and sleeps lightly Choose carefully.
3. Key complaints: The check-out time of this hotel is between 9:30-10:30 in the morning, but no one told them verbally or in writing when checking in.
At 9 o'clock in the morning on the day of check-out, the hotel forced the guests to leave and wait in the hotel rest area (the boat to the island arrives at the pier at the hotel gate at 1 noon). At our insistence, the hotel arranged a temporary waiting room, which can stay until 12 o'clock.
I found out after chatting with other guests (asked three or four hotels), that no one was informed of the check-out time when they checked in (one of them saw the written notice posted by the hotel on the bed the night before check-out, so he knew half a day in advance This matter), many people are in a hurry early in the morning and it is embarrassing 😅.
Feedback on this matter with Ctrip, Ctrip is very active in handling it, and has worked hard to make compensation, and now the hotel's check-out time has been updated.
But the service attitude of the hotel should be carefully considered when booking this hotel😅

The environment is very beautiful and the service staff are very enthusiastic. The sea in the North Island is really much more beautiful than that in the south. I really like it so much that I might go back if I have the chance.

I was debating between a couple of resorts in the Yasawa's, given Blue Lagoon is a long way "up", but definitely didnt refret this choice and was totally worth the communte/trip out there (approx 4.5hrs) and would definitely recommend! I stayed 4 nights mid-November and had perfect weather and a lovely relaxing time. I stayed in a garden bure and it was worth the extra cost to have the comfort of air-con, a fridge, tea/coffee facilities and a stunning outdoor shower/bathroom. Given the remoteness of the Yasawa's, some resorts struggle with water, and some don't have warm/hot showers - but no issue at Blue Lagoon!! The beautiful shower was a highlight! I satyed 1 night in Nadi and then was picked up from my resort to take the resort boat from Vuda Marina instead of the Yasawa Flyer, which was great! I'm used to boats and loved the experience, although for non-ocean goers or travelling with small children, it might be worth going via the flyer. The conditions on the way over were great, but conditions were rougher once out in the Yasawa area, but still I loved the personalised trip out! I was the only one onboard for much of the trip! The resort speed boat transfers guests between the sister resorts too, ie Paradise Cove and Octopus. I took the Yasawa Flyer on my way back as I transferred to another resort afterwards. While at Blue Lagoon, I snorkelled every day right out in front - loved it! Saw a turtle, stingray, puffer fish etc etc, as well as loads of fish and beautiful healthy coral. I preferred low tide snorkleing when it's shallower and less boat activity, plus even better for underwater photography. Some of the best snorkelling from shore I've ever done though, so I'm now sold to return to Fiji, for this pleasure alone! I've scuba dived loads of places but always prefer shallow, colourful areas full of sealife, and this was possible just via snorkelling, free off the beach! I took my own snorkel and mask, although I think these are provided free of charge to guests during your stay. I did the trip to Sawa-I-Lau caves (running on alternate days) which was a must-do while visiting, although it was very busy with many resorts visiting at the same time. I also did a guided snorkel trip (by boat so extra $$) for a change of scenery, although the resort reef was incredible, so a trip wasn't really needed! Was still an enjoayble trip, though! The beach was lovely to lounge on, (plenty of day beds/longers) and dip in the sea beautiful all day, which made for a lovely spot to chill and swim/snorkel/relax. Just perfect. Food was the standard 3 meal compulsory package - which was fine, although I mostly didn't have breakfast - only coffee - which was at least a bonus given I skip food at breakfast - and was freshly made from a cafe style espresso machine which was great and welcome! Lunches were al la carte with a good selection for most - but still a challenge for me as stripping back dishes to just what I eat wasn't always easy, or perhaps
