Aetoma Hotel

Lovely hotel in the center of the town. We stayed in a room on the main level with a balcony. It was quiet and had all the amenities we needed. Parking is a few blocks from the hotel. Breakfast was abundant and fresh. The hosts are attentive and welcoming.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this wonderful boutique hotel in Nafplio. Our room was well furnished and had a delightful balcony overlooking a pretty square where we enjoyed breakfast every morning. And what a wonderful breakfast they serve. But we most of all enjoyed the warm hospitality provided by Akis and also Elena. We travel often and appreciated the professional manner in which operates

This is a wonderful small hotel, with just five rooms. The rooms are beautifully decorated, very comfortable, large, and rooms on one side of the building overlook the square and with views of Palamidi fortress. The lovely house has been in the family for more than two centuries and it has more of a guesthouse feel with personal attention of the owners. Akus, who runs the property with his mother, was always available to help and advise; very engaging with the guests; and provided us tips on things to see and do (for example, the Saturday market, which was a nice bonus experience). The service orientation was top-notch. Breakfast was large and fabulous, served either in the common room or on your balcony. Your choice of eggs, with fresh squeezed orange juice, breads, Greek pies and pastries, yogurt and fresh fruit. It was nice to have water in the fridge in the room. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked very well.

Were here for three night and enjoyed it very much. The owner is noce, as much as the staff. Extremely clean, taking care about the property all the sime. Pleasant breakfasts, especially on the terrace of the upper suite. Location could not have been better.

Small, intimate hotel. The owner/operator was on site throughout our stay. Compare to a Victorian home with 5 private en-suite rooms. Ours was very roomy and comfortable. Air-conditioning was very adequate. We had a window and balcony overlooking the street which was lovely. Breakfast service was substantial and elegantly served. The owner was very helpful with questions and giving information about the town. Very close to everything. We parked in the port parking lot 3 to 4 city blocks away and rolled our luggage. There are stairs inside the hotel leading to the 2nd floor landing but owner could assist in carrying if necessary.

Fantastic stay! Everything was perfect from the large, comfortable, clean room in a great location in Nafplio to the amazing breakfast served every morning on our balcony by the extremely warm and knowledgeable mother and son hosts. We loved everything about Hotel Aetoma and would highly recommend to anyone.

Such a comfortable stay,very hospitable and great breakfast. Excellent choice of breakfast food, all very delicious. Lovely hosts,helpful and friendly. Spacious and comfortable room,toiletries provided. Central location for town centre and bus station. We recommend staying here. Thank you!

Stayed 5 nights in the top floor suite and absolutely loved it! The pictures don’t do it justice. Breakfast on the rooftop patio was a highlight of our day. As has been said before, the breakfast is homemade and simply outstanding. I’ve never had sweeter orange juice in my life. They give you a lot of food and we asked if it would be okay if we kept the homemade spanakopita and cheese pies for a light lunch and they offered us tinfoil! When I arrived I was not feeling well. Akis helped us obtain medication within a couple of hours. He could not have been kinder or more helpful. Highly recommend the hotel and in particular , the rooftop room which offers more privacy then rooms on first floor.

A lovely family-run inn in the center of Old Napflio. Incredible breakfast, attentive hospitality. I wish we had booked a full week at Aetoma! Comfy bed, quiet, owners gave us great suggestions for walking tours and restaurants nearby. We only stayed 3 nights, adequate time to see Palamidi Fort, Mycenae, Epidaurus, and Tyrins archaeological sites; but with such wonderful hospitality a week-long stay would’ve been even nicer.
