"Second stay at this place and probably the last. Staff are kind, but rooms ('standard', 'cozy') are so small that 1 trolley doesn't fit! Can you imagine a brand new 4* hotel where you can't open your bag due to lack of space? Soundproofness doesn't exist - we could hear every person passing by, each door opening or child screaming, not to speak about neighbors' bathroom. Breakfast below Greek standards - very limited vegetarian options and healthy choices; peanut butter low quality with palm oil, coffee payable and no fresh orange juice. No body lotion- even if you call reception. There are so many great options in the town, no need to go back to Naus."

"The Park Hotel is very close to the old town, which is convenient. There is parking available on both sides of the street downstairs, but parking spaces are limited. The rooms are not big. What's annoying is that the bathroom exhaust fan is very loud, and the refrigerator in the room cabinet is also very loud, which affects sleep. The bathroom space is not large, and the shower space is particularly small."

"A fantastic stay! The hotel is just a short walk down a straight downhill road from the old town, only about 10 minutes away! The room was spacious with two beds, perfect for families with children. The breakfast was delicious, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was private, safe, and quiet! The TV in the room had many Disney cartoons for the kids to watch! A very good hotel with excellent management and service!"

"We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this charming family run Hotel in June 2026. This little gem of a Hotel is in a great position in the town of Nafplio, high up on a hill with amazing views. Yes there are stairs to get to the Hotel but it is completely manageable. Our room was a great size, with all the amenities that we could possibly need and a very well equipped bathroom. The Manager, Aristeidis was incredibly helpful, chatty and always greeted us with a big smile. Breakfast was a highlight for us everyday. It was served to us in the Courtyard, a huge tray of delicacies, fresh yoghurt, fruits, meats, breads and croissants.........a lovely way to start our day. We loved Hotel Byron and would highly recommend it to travellers if you are lucky enough to be visiting and staying in Nafplio. We cannot wait to return."

"This hotel, dating back to the 17th century, is indeed old. The rooms have very high ceilings and a small balcony facing the sea. The most bizarre thing is that they only provide blankets, not quilts. Perhaps it's because it's summer. The bathroom is very old and has a small bathtub. The cleanliness is so-so; there was a layer of dust on the telephone, suggesting other areas weren't very clean either. The room floor was carpeted."

"Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. We stayed for two nights mid May with a family of 6. We had two rooms, a Junior Suite and Superior Room with sea view, both on the second floor. The building is a beautiful renovated neoclassical mansion so there is no lift. The air conditioning works well and bedding was comfortable. The greeter at the front desk was very polite and helpful with where to park our car. After reading another review regarding parking, we appreciated the advice so we didn't incur any parking tickets. We loved the location of the hotel as it was on a quiet street but very close to the main square and restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Nafplio!"

"Lovely boutique hotel a little way out of the old town. Quiet street at the back with plenty of free parking. We had a double room with a balcony looking towards Palamidi Fortress, nice view at sunset. The room had a comfortable bed, plenty of storage space, a safe and a coffee machine. Bathroom was a good size and everything worked well. Hanging rack on balcony to dry towels, clothes. Large clean pool which was covered every night and cleaned every day during our stay, plenty of sun lounges and a poolside bar. Amazing breakfast spread with eggs cooked to your liking, espresso/cappuccino. Special thanks to the lovely Evie for her amazing delicious homemade cakes and sweets. The best staff who greeted us with a smile, a wave and helpful advice when we went in or out. Probably a 20-25min walk to the start of the old town/harbour area. An easy flat walk though so not a struggle. Wonderful bakery (Kosmos Bakery) almost directly across the main street with great pastries, desserts, juices etc. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Can't think of any negatives except that we had to leave!"

"The guesthouse is located on a quiet little street near the center. There is no parking, you can approach from the bottom of the street to unload your luggage and access on foot. Then go and park. There is no staff at night, you must notify your arrival time, they waited for us. Friendly welcome. Please note, no rooms on the ground floor, people with walking difficulties should refrain. The rooms are a good size with charm, small bathroom (usual in Greece). The bedding is good. Breakfast 5€ buffet on the ground floor, everyone helps themselves according to their wishes, you can take your tray to a small terrace on the 2nd floor"
