SUPER HOTEL Okinawa Nago

Apart from the bathroom being a bit small, the room overall was great. The hotel staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious!! Excellent value for money and highly recommended!!!

This hotel is quite convenient, and the environment is decent. It offers free parking, and each guest receives a small ice cream upon check-in. There's a public bath, but only two washing machines are available, which isn't enough.

The room had a musty or damp smell... it was really foul. Only the first floor didn't smell. The entire facility is old and unclean. The bathroom is super tiny, the window screens are covered in dust, and both the air conditioning and dehumidifier also smelled bad. The staff's English was very poor; they didn't even understand 'later' or 'three'. It took 10 minutes just to communicate that I wanted to borrow a fridge to chill a cake for half an hour, and in the end, they said they had to check if it was even possible... I was dumbfounded. What a waste of time. Definitely do not stay here.

A comfortable place for couples or small families. This is our second time staying here, and we'd definitely consider it again if we come to Nago, Okinawa. Plus, there's free breakfast!

I liked that the room had a window. The bed was also wider than in other hotels, and I was happy that I could choose my pillow. However, the bathhouse is on the first floor, and there are designated times for men and women. With only three shower stalls, it was awkward having to wait when it was crowded. Also, the breakfast area was small, so they offered to bring it to the room, but there was no comfortable place in the room for two people to sit and eat. But you can eat takeout food in the lobby on the first floor, they provide Blue Seal ice cream as an amenity, and there's a Lawson convenience store right in front. Overall, I was very satisfied!

This hotel is great if you're looking for a no-frills base in Okinawa without breaking the bank. Plus, it has terminals.

My stay at Super Hotel Okinawa Nago was incredibly relaxing. The hotel environment was clean and comfortable, and they provided a full range of amenities. The large public bath was a great way to unwind and get rid of fatigue. The location is convenient to Nago city, making it easy to find good food in the evenings. The staff were friendly and patient, always willing to help with any questions. Breakfast was free and offered a wide variety of choices. For the price, the value for money is excellent. I would definitely want to stay here again on my next trip to Okinawa.
