The room is clean. The staffs are friendly. The location is good

The room was bigger than we expected ! Very clean. The onsen was fine. Breakfast was ok. Parking fee was 500¥/night.

Great experience at the hotel. Hotel provde robe for all guests. Ample parking. Public bath was safe with security code issued for female bath on a daily basis.

The room has a good balcony which can see the ocean view. Clean and tidy room. The hotel staff was very helpful and lent me the phone to call local travel agency which did help a lot in my journey. Very recommended.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a major road. You can take a walk across the pedestrian bridge to the famous Nuanmu Ramen restaurant on the other side. I'm glad to hear that the front desk staff were friendly and helpful when we expressed dissatisfaction with our room and assisted to chang it. They deserve high praise for their service. Although the rooms may not be large, they offer a wonderful sea view when you open the windows, allowing you to enjoy the sea breeze and watch the sunset. The rooftop hot spring is clean and well-maintained. It's definitely worth staying at this hotel.

Good location. The double room is comfortable with public hot spring and swimming pool. But when we entered the room, the dehumidifier was on. There’s funny smell in the room. It can be someone smoking in the balcony and spread into it?

The room had a queen sized bed, ample floor space for big luggages, and clean toilets. It was 15 mins walk from the bus stop for airport shuttle.

Friendly check in staff. A nice nepalese staff recommended me some good yakinuku place despite him being and Hindu and unable to eat beef. Parking was a breeze. Safe and secure as require key card to access lift. Room size is decent. Thankful for the public bath which is not crowded.

nice new hotel, small not cozy, however, i suspect the parking spaces are free but the employees insist we pay for hotel parking instead. oh well, it is what it is. the hotel has an onsen too

Good location in Nago by driving, parking fee charged Yen 500, but if free would more attractive

Decent business or also vacation hotel at the beginning of Nago city. Eateries and shooed in walking distance. Small jacuzzi in the front and a public bath area. As most Japanese hotels small and very practical rooms. I didn’t had breakfast there, because there are plenty restaurants around.

Location is not bad, though limited parking space, the hotel recommended a car park nearby. No hot bath is pretty new but no towels were provided. Room is nice and clean. Breakfast is good, not many variety but taste good. There is a big supermarket nearby the hotel which you can get snacks and drinks. lol
