The twin room on a high floor was pretty good, and check-in at the front desk was smooth. They alternate between a light cleaning and a deep cleaning every other day. If you want a deep clean, you can just flip the sign on your door. The location is super convenient; it's just a short walk to Kokusai Street, and there are plenty of shops nearby too. 😊

Modern hotel that is well located near the monorail. It is quiet and near good cafes and restaurants. Booked compact room with good double bed that could fit the small room. Heard the coffee was amazing but did not try it.

The hotel's location is very convenient. The double room was significantly smaller than the triple room, and it only had a shower, no bathtub, which is quite unusual for Japan. There's a tiny outdoor pool, only suitable for splashing around. The Nespresso machine and bottled water were the same as those provided in the triple room.

At the time of booking and also emailed 1 week before departure, we requested for a baby bed. However, no response from the hotel and only at the check-in we were told that they do not offer any baby bed. Very disappointing, and the hotel room is actually much smaller than 23-25sqm as described due to the balcony.
