很不錯，酒店的花花好好看，這裏離DFS特別近，走路都可以去，不到一公里。酒店三樓出去是它的後門，出去走200米右手邊有個main place的商場，對面是美術館。推薦！

很落後的一家酒店
付款費用衹可以現金或者信用卡 如果沒有帶這些 就沒辦法了
然後也很好笑 放桌上或者地上的垃圾 打掃人員是不會幫你扔掉的 然後每次你回到房間後他們打掃的人員就都會來按門鈴問你還需要什麼服務 再給你三個巧克力 服務讓我覺得太好了 打掃人員及保安都很好很好 可是店裡麪的經理和主管卻是不友好的 因為你遇見任何問題 他們都會很有禮貌的對你説 這是你的問題 他們沒有辦法 一切你自己想辦法 不然他們也不會幫助你解決問題
我們仨人入住 但是預訂的時候諮詢過攜程是可以攜帶12歲的孩子的 可是辦理入住時候和我們説需要再付400500的孩子的費用 退房時候再付款 可是 我們退房的時候告訴我們衹可以付現金或者信用卡 可是我們都沒有帶 這次出門就是忘記帶信用卡了 現金也用的差不多了 因為颱風原因我們飛機延誤了 我們身邊真的沒有多餘的現金了 可是前台都説沒辦法 叫我們自己想辦法 打電話給攜程 攜程也説沒辦法 就讓我們颱風天 坐在酒店前台 沒地方住 讓我們自己想辦法 可是我們是因為颱風天才沒辦法啊 可沒有一個人站在我們的角度考慮 我們夫婦帶小孩在日本 人生地不熟 再好的環境都被這些嘴臉破壞了

非常非常棒的酒店：無論服務還是菜餚，無論房間設施還是衞生環境，都是低調奢華的酒店！特別值得一提的是，酒店早餐可以換午餐或者下午茶，貼心服務！菜餚分日式和西式風格，都是絕對精彩！任何時候去沖繩都會首選這個酒店！

The stuff is very courteous to the guest very helpful, my husband and I spend 12 days in the hotel whatever we needed like do laundry, order dinner in room service and morning breakfast and service stuff all help us out , my husband just got married in July 2023 we came to Okinawa Naha city for honeymoon we felt happy very comfortable stay in this property next year we coming again in Naha Japan , we thinking stay in this hotel again ! We like this hotel very much quite and clean and excellent service !

The place looks nice and welcoming however for the price the bed and pillows were the worst I ever slept on.
