I would recommend this place if you are traveling with friends.
It is a great place to stay for students who are on a tight budget.
There is no front desk, and it feels like renting a room in an apartment, so you can do whatever you want without being tied down to a specific time!

Overall it was a good place to stay, but perhaps because it was on the first floor, the Wi-Fi was barely there and there were always several small ants on the floor.
However, other than that I had no complaints and would recommend it as a place to stay.

Reservation websites such as Booking will only write the initial amount of NT$1,000 for the total amount, and then add a line of small print for the cleaning fee of NT$1,100. What exactly does cleaning cost NT$1,100 for? They do not put the amounts together to deceive travelers who do not understand clearly. You can find many accommodations with the same quality that don’t require this high cleaning fee. I didn't receive the password for the key at the beginning because no staff wanted to send the verification code to the email. I didn't receive it and it wasted a little time to go back and forth with their customer service. However, the customer service responded pretty quickly, but I still feel that the cleaning fee is not related to the accommodation fee. The price is ridiculous for the same price. You can find many accommodations with larger rooms and better facilities than this for just NT$1,000. It is recommended that you check it carefully before making a reservation, otherwise it will be really annoying to pay an extra NT$1,100 in vain.

This time I stayed here for workation, and there were no issues with the WiFi environment or the number of power outlets.
There was also a supermarket nearby, so it was comfortable even for a long stay. I would have preferred if the TV/monitor was a little larger.

This was my first time using a private lodging, so I can't compare it. Below are my personal impressions.
Good points
- Close to the station = convenient as a tourist base
- There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, and Kokusai-dori is also close
- Lots of restaurants nearby
- It's very convenient to have a washing machine and dryer. You only need to carry a minimum of luggage
- The refrigerator is large and can hold anything
- There is a wide selection of tableware
- There are plenty of towels
- Kitchen paper and tissue paper are provided
- A dehumidifier is provided, so you can stay comfortably (maybe it's because it's underground that it's humid?)
Bad points
- I chose a private lodging because I wanted to cook, but the sharpness of the knife was extremely poor, and I could only cut cherry tomatoes
- The cleaning was not sufficient, and when I took out the ironing board to use the iron, used contact lenses came out from underneath
- It's underground, so there is no sunlight at all
- It was unexpectedly small (it's enough for one person, but if there are two people, there probably won't be enough space to put luggage)
Overall, I'm generally satisfied. If I come to Okinawa alone again, I would use it. Personally, I liked the crepe shop near the inn, so I'd like to come back for that reason too.
