Comfortable stay. The food was great and freshly served. Nice view from the property. Easy to reach. The staff was polite and good.

Don't fall in trap with lake view room pics & name ***u Maharani . The hotel is more a like lodge converted to hotel with below average amenities...just have lake view. Pros: 1. Hotel ***ager and View from Luxury Room Cons: 1. For reaching the hotel you need to be mountaineer, with parked vehicles on access roads makes it more adventurous. 2. Rooms are out-dated..From room lock, furnitures, fittings, switch board to flooring, in everything you will feel like you are using antiques. 3. Food quality is so superb that you will not miss road-side dhabas who claims to master in Italian to Chinese to Indian Food, But even can't make an omelette. 4. View from room in good, specially when you kept your curtain open and tempting chilled air enters your room from gaps of windows. 5. They have another advantage, where You don't need to visit Nainital Zoo, Cats, Dogs, Birds can enter your room as they have given free access for them inside hotel. 6. This is the best property for people afraid of taking bath in winters, as there showers are so fantastic that you can get more water from wash basin. The simple one point is avoid this property and don't fall in trap with fake video review and pictures. Even paying USD 10 per night don't worth this property.

This Property is not a worth at all at the price they are changing. In the name heritage property they are just fooling you. Booked the all inclusive package from ******* but they refused to give breakfast and other meals. Staff is not supportive. Only good thing about property is views from the room is awesome.

In the name of heritage property they are simply fooling and just giving raw rooms with just basic amenities, monkeys keep moving on the roof will make your stay miserable. Booked the property from ******* with all inclusive package but property denied for breakfast and other meals, as per them all inclusive means rate is included for all the members. Staff is rude and not supportive, lake of cleanliness in the property and children play area. Overall it's a wastage of money as they are charging premium rates of a high class Property.

Recently I had stayed ***** with my family and the stay and trip was wonderful 😊😊 . Food very yammy 😋😁😁😋 and delicious 😋😋😋 food staff very kind and helpful .. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and great stay

I visited with family in August Ist week .and stayed at ***u Maharani Regency Nanital .The rooms were clean big and spacious.The place is quite near to Mall Road .The food was excellent Very spacious rooms, excellent food, lot of variety, close to Mall road. Good trained staff with fast service. Nice view & great experience with ***u maharani regency.

Stay at ***u maharani regency Nainital was gud, food was really delicious and staff was extremely cordial. The property is perfectly located this is my First time here and i would highly recommend at this hotel. Near Lake and all rooms are lake view..... Amazing trip... 🤠

The property has put a wrong number on ******* . Had to google their number to contact. They have not put the correct information on site. Prior to booking you see All-inclusive and breakfast included on top but on booking it does not show up and they were wrongly telling me that All-inclusive does bit mean Meal included and did bot provide that facility. The head staff was impolite and rude too.
