A little worn out but overall great. Good location, attentive service, clean and great size room. Stayed in western room but it still had great Japanese design

I knew the hotel was a distance away from the ski lift so was not complaining.

村子不大，從巴士下車走幾百米上坡就到，酒店在山頂。酒店安排了最安靜的房間，風景優美，温泉就在房間下一層樓非常方便，温泉門口有牛奶自動販賣機，裏面水比較熱，人流動快，下午幾乎沒有人。每晚都安排不同主題的定食，有詳細菜單和主廚名字，我是第一次體驗吃這種日餐，不知道是不是叫一泊兩食？服務員儘量用日文和英文介紹菜式和吃用方法，整個過程很享受、驚喜和愉快。酒店員工雖然年齡偏大，但服務素質高，感覺像回家一樣輕鬆自在。前台的大叔字寫得很漂亮，幫忙寄宅急便時寫的中文字非常好看，把我們寫成北京也很可愛，其實我們是廣東😅，北京應該是代表中國人的意思吧，酒店還有個高大帥的中國服務生。
從酒店到滑雪場直線距離很近，但是沒有之前纜車的緣故，衹能走村裡的道路，下山、上山十幾分鍾吧，要穿上防滑雪鞋，不然很慘。
每天滑雪後回到酒店泡温泉、喝牛奶、吃晚餐再點些酒真是最佳選擇！

非常好，酒店職員很盡責，環境非常好。房間很乾淨，酒店溫泉很乾淨。如果去野澤温泉旅遊，一定選擇野溫泉大酒店👍

学生時代にスキーに何度も訪れていた懐かしい温泉宿をと子供と孫を連れて行きましたが、むかしと同じ佇まいで野天風呂も健在で高台からの眺めを十分楽しめました。宿は古さをあちこちに感じさせスタッフも若い人が少なく長野電鉄の経営ならもっと手を入れたらと子供たちは言いましたが、年配の私どもには落ち着いて泊まれる居心地が良い宿でした。 食事は広い食事処で田舎料理風の夕食をゆっくり味わえました。宿から麻釜の源泉まで約10分と丁度良い散策距離で途中土産物店もありロケーションも最高と思います。

初めての野沢温泉です。熱湯で硫黄臭も並レベルかなと思いあまり興味はもたなかったのですが、 冬の露天はぬるくなると聞き、野沢温泉の中ではややお高い野沢グランドホテルにお安く予約できたので宿泊しました。 古さが感じられるも、元々が良いホテルなのでしょうか、古くさいホテルではありませんでした。 部屋は必要なものが揃っており不便さは感じられません。 ただペーパータオルがトイレで、洗面所が普通のタオルだったので、これは逆でしょ？と思いました。 夕食は前菜が良かっただけに続く品が印象深いのがなくて残念。 本場の野沢菜はどれだけ旨いのか期待していましたが、いつもスーパーで買ってくる野沢菜と同じでそこががっかり。 朝食はバイキングでパンは何種類もあり小分けで包んであるのでこれはよかったです。 シャインマスカットの食べ放題は予想外でこれは実にうれしかったです。 牛乳も瓶でまさに牛乳を飲んだぞ！って感じなります。 大浴場は麻釜。硫黄臭は予想通り弱くうーん・・・って感じです。 畳敷きでお年寄りも安心ですね。 三つの浴槽で熱湯の浴槽は意外と普通の熱湯レベルで我慢できない事はなかったです。 熱湯だから源泉がドバドバと思っていたら単純に熱湯の浴槽が狭いから熱くなるって事です。 やや熱めの湯の浴槽は大きい浴槽なので熱湯の浴槽と比べて温度が落ちます。 寝湯は大きい浴槽のお湯がそのまま流れ浅いので更に温度が下がります。 大浴場はがっかりしたので露天もダメかなぁと思っていたら、硫黄臭が強くしかも適温なのでこれはまさに素晴らしいと感じました。 源泉が真湯+麻釜、温度が下がると麻釜の源泉が多くなるようです。 ただ夜中は入れず朝はおそめなのでがっかりしながらも早朝に期待しました。 案の定、露天に続くエレベーターが作動しないので暇つぶしに大浴場に。 なんと前日と比べて全体的に熱くなっています。熱湯なんて足しか入れませんでした。 露天が開いたので露天に期待と思っていたら露天も熱くてちょっとしか入れませんでした。 まぁこれが野沢温泉だよなぁ・・・と現実と向き合いながら朝食を食べた後、温泉に浸かる事もなく帰りました。 接客は良かったのでこれは問題なしでした。夕食がもうちょっと頑張ってほしかったです。 泉質を抜きで考えて★3に近い★4かなと感じました。
