Nice view, nice service

I was unsure what to expect as the hotel is slightly remote and we did not have a car. Read that there is a shuttle bus but I request twice on the schedule via trip app but received no response 🤨 Had to request a Japanese hotel that we stayed before prince to help us check out the timing of the bus schedule and we also went to travel information counter and finally got the timing. Phew. The staff at the hotel are very friendly. Special shout out to Peter from Canada who is born and raised in Hokkaido. He is such a nice and warm person who offered us lots of advice around Onuma. Prince hotel is very lucky to have a staff like him!! 👍

The room is clean and tidy. The staff service is good and polite. The onsen is really great with good lake view.

Good stayed

The hotel service is very good. When we arrived at the hotel, the hotel staff immediately came to the door to help carry our luggage to the lobby. The room was also quite clean. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel also has a bus to JR Onuma Park Station.

Very good, rich breakfast, beautiful scenery outside the window. Hot springs are great. Service: good Environment: beautiful Facilities: complete. The hotel has a shuttle bus to JR Station and Dazhao National Park, which is very convenient.

I was not disappointed by the corner house. It was really nice. The corner house on the first floor felt like living in autumn. The big hot spring was just like that. There is a pork chop restaurant nearby. It is delicious. It is a chain restaurant. There are many delicious foods in Hokkaido. Maybe the ingredients are very good.

The hotel itself is really too old, and it is strongly recommended to carry out renovation projects. The only best thing is the outdoor hot spring area. You can hear the chirping of birds, and the sunshine shining on the lake in the morning is really beautiful. But the hotel/room facilities are really old, the faucets still have to be turned on, and the screens by the windows also look very dated.

The room facilities are average and not big. The breakfast variety and taste are just average. It is still very comfortable to walk around the hotel

The Japanese room is spacious. It's a triple room with two standard beds and one extra bed. It's clean and tidy. The service is friendly. The location is good. You can go shopping right outside. Parking is charged. The hot spring is open until 2 am. Good reviews. Recommended!

My daughter and I took the wrong bus from Shin-Hakodate Hokuto Station and arrived at Hakodate Station before 8pm. As a result, there was no bus to Onuma Park, so we had to take a slow train for 50 minutes to Onuma Station. This is a small station with no taxis, dark lights, and no people. We had to ask the hotel to help us find it, but the hotel told us that they couldn't find it. At this time, the hotel's shuttle bus had already gone off duty. In the end, the hotel sent a bus for the five of us and upgraded our room. Thank you so much. I hope the hotel shuttle bus schedule and public transportation timetable can help you. The room facilities are a bit old, but very clean. There are more insects in the mountains in summer. The bathing pool has a nice view, but it is a bit small. Overall, it is a good hotel...

A very cost-effective resort hotel. Although you can see that the hotel is a bit old, the natural environment is really great, with snow-capped mountains, calm lakes, steaming hot springs, and peaceful walking paths after the snow. This place can make people truly relax and peaceful, not to mention the price of only a few hundred dollars a night. BTW, the breakfast is very good.
