強烈勸退！！！千萬不要入住這家酒店！！！
首先，這家酒店公寓的衞生非常差，沙發很臟很破舊，有污漬，還有些沙子，根本不敢坐（如下圖），酒店公寓裏還出現了一兩衹衹蟑螂；
其次，酒店設施設備很差，如酒店電視看不了，遙控器電池也沒有電，還是臨時換的。酒店熱水要開一個多小時才能慢慢熱起來，而且洗澡必須很快洗完才行，不然熱水馬上變冷了，非常不方便; 衞生間的洗漱用品也很差; 提供的拖鞋都是臟的，根本不敢穿。熱水壺也是臟的，銹跡斑斑。
酒店隔音也不好，非常吵，睡得不舒服。海景的話，衹能看到一點點。
總之，整體入住體驗感極差，性價比非常低。強烈勸退！！！

房間特別舒服，有陽台，特別愜意，
衞生也很到位，客房姐姐很棒，細節都很不錯
前台楚姍小姐姐服務態度也很周到，耐心，入住指引都很方便，
海景一流，南澳的海真真真太美了，每年都會選擇來此度假⛱️。

垃圾，又不處理，到店是一號下午七點到店的，讓我走是十二點半前讓我離開，入住的時候沒跟我説什麼時候離店，3號早上打電話過去才知道要十二點半前離店，問續住一個小時要100🙂，真的無語，環境衞生又差亖了

衞生情況真的是超級差 辦理入住的時候 剛好有一個客户在打電話投訴衞生差的情況 還跟我説不要住 我想着現在的酒店應該不會差到哪裡去吧 住了才知道 不是一般的差最主要的還是冷水 問了前台 結果還是冷水 嚴重差評

房間各方面的設施都比較破舊，床上還有那些小木蟲，就是木頭太老舊，然後衞生差就有小蟲子。整體就是衞生差，設施破舊。其他正常吧。

房間可就可以看到青澳灣沙灘，走路都不用5分鐘就是沙灘。北迴歸線就在旁邊。前台小姐姐幫忙介紹了很多景點，還有很多拍照打卡的地方沒去，過陣子再來

非常不好的一次住宿體驗 ，我提前很早就預訂了房間的，然後過去就把這個最臟最亂最差的房間給我， 先不説別的酒店這種房間真的該升級了，太差了，連抱枕都是發黴的，床墊也是凹陷的，睡的一整晚人都不舒服，腰痠背痛。凳子也是沒一個好的一拿就散架，就這種房間還敢收1000多一晚不知道哪裡來的自信？別的民宿公寓配套什麼都很齊全，他連洗浴用品都是用二合一，到底是洗什麼的都不知道。再也不會來的一家！！！勸退，勸退勸退
