意外之喜，好朋友來南昌特種兵旅行。想着不要那麼累就給她在梅嶺定了在芙山房民宿。沒想到貼心店家知道朋友是外地來南昌旅遊的，還特意給升級了景觀房。貼心的服務，美麗的景色，有意思的活動，讓朋友流連忘返。衹可惜我這一次工作安排沒能陪伴，下次我也要去住上一晚，感受民宿的靜謐美好！

民宿環境很好，尤其是早上起來空氣非常nice，負氧離子滿滿的，房間床品很舒服，民宿工作人員很熱情。早上的早餐很精美，五穀粗糧營養搭配。

2021和2022年分別來過，當時有很好的印象，這次來很失望，整個服務，環境，硬軟硬件設施都跟不上，兩個房間，都是一千多一晚，和價格完全不匹配。一樓房間一股味道，房頂發黴，星天外房間網絡是壞的，衹能連到隔壁房間上網評，朋友房間也網絡不好。住過靖安奉新梅嶺幾乎全部一千多價格以上的民宿，所有的民宿都是越來越好，在芙山房真的完全停留在了三年前，房間沒有維護，感覺不到服務。和之前印象天壤之別，衹能説最後一次來了，也是第一次給民宿差評。
