地面很乾凈，每天都有人來打掃房間。走幾百米便有一條小街，裏面有很多美食。離八一廣場很近，旁邊還有江西美術館。交通也方便，八一廣場前可以坐地鐵。

這家青年旅社位置超級好，在八一廣場地鐵站5號口出來，沿着上營坊社區直行有個200米左右，馬路右邊有個大鐵門進去，樓的最裡麪的門，二樓就是了。老闆人特別好，是個舊樓，但是很乾凈，也非常的安全。唯一不足，就是靠近馬路，有點吵鬧，但是我覺得這個價格，與便利度，已經是特別好了。秋水廣場的音樂噴泉很棒，江西省博物館也不錯，八一廣場紀念塔在白天或者夜色中，閃耀着光芒。南昌消費挺低的，還不錯。推薦旅社附近有家喻大叔豬血粉，非常好吃，那家店很乾凈。老闆是個有故事的男人，父親與伯父都是國家級名廚。南昌的堂瓦里餐廳不錯，除了有點辣，味道都是挺好的，推薦能吃辣的去品嚐。不能吃辣的會辣哭。

房間在二樓，被鋪一客一換，有洗衣機吹風機，整體感覺舒適！房間很通透！不開空調房間也很涼快！晚上是開空調的，大家都很安靜，休息不會被打擾，就是室友們沒見幾麪不過我衹呆一天，晚上九點後沒來的客人店長會幫套好被鋪，總體我感覺不錯，我睡的上鋪上去的時候有一點點晃，其他基本都挺好的，哈基米很可愛！有機會還來這裏

店主的貓，是否可以帶寵物不清楚（需要詢問店主）。多人宿舍，就像學生宿舍一樣，住宿條件有限，感覺沒什麼問題。

雖然是老房子，設施和環境有限，但整體還不錯。離地鐵很近，位置好，去滕王閣、萬壽宮、省博物館都方便。老闆人不錯，也不會太打擾。
