Nanjing South Railway Station Ziyi Tianyue Hotel

Hotel had great service, offered to help us with the laundry, for its price it was an incredible stay. The location was very convenient, just a few steps away from the train station.We liked to thank 小文given great service to us.we loved the breakfast soup noddle and wonton soup.

The hotel was great. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. The staff is very acommodating and Xiaohong was really kind. Quite close to the southern exit from the Nanjing South Railway Station (turn right on the South Square and you’ll find the A-3 bulding). The area is really safe and there are lots of restaurants, small marts and coffee places, open until late. You can find some western options in the area.

Xiao Wang (the receptionist) was very helpful. I accidentally left an item behind, and she helped arrange the (快递) to send it to me ❤️

As a senior couple visited Nanjing, we were very happy to make right choice to stay at Nanjing South Railway Station Ziyi Tianyue Hotel. It is a very good hotel, clean and tidy. Location is convenient, around 7mins walk from 'exit 5' of the metro line at Nanjing south railway station. Nice environment around the hotel and many restaurants and shops nearby. Room was very clean, tidy, spacious, bright, with complete facilities and we had fun playing with the AI controls. All staffs (小王, 小習, 小魚, 小梅, 小左, 波哥) are very accommodating with caring, friendly service to meet our needs and increase our journey happiness, all of them are very professional. The breakfast is good, we loved the food they provided, the restaurant hygiene is high standard, staffs (小陳,小張) in the kitchen are very professional. When we left from hotel, we said goodbye to each other. (小魚,小左, 波哥) arranged us with DiDi service and arranged two gentlemen carrying our luggage to downstairs. Sincerely thanks to all staffs made us feel like at home, must give them a thumb up.

Service was top notch. Location is convenient too, 5mins walk from exit 5 of the metro line. Room was very clean and we had fun playing with the AI controls (you just have to command it with "Xiao du Xiao du"). Tip: hotel has only around 30 rooms or so on a single floor, so they do not lay out all the available items at the breakfast spread, but you can just ask and request for freshly cooked noodles, dumplings, coffee and tea and it will be served by the staff to your table.
