Because of the B&B, I had already made plans in my mind, but I didn’t expect it to be so different from what I expected, and the experience was very poor. 1. I stayed for one night and there was no butler service. I only saw an old man dressed like a doorman. When checking out during the day, the front desk was unmanned, so I asked him to put the key card at the front desk. 2. The end of the bed has a very weird design, see pictures 1 and 2. My knees were hit no less than seven times, five times by my husband and three times by my children. 3. The cleaning is average, there are no tea bags, etc., and the glass is just upside down on the table. 4. We checked in at night and were told when we arrived that the water would take half an hour to heat up. The so-called private soup is a large pool filled with warm water. The water is warm and does not meet the standards of a private soup at all. 5. The location is relatively remote, there are no shops around, and the public pond is not open.

Yinglu Hot Spring Resort Hotel is a B&B that lacks supporting facilities, has no restaurant and does not provide breakfast, and the building next to it is still being renovated, so the overall feeling is not that good. The decoration of the room is okay, but it feels unreasonable. The shower room is very small and there is no place to put clothes. The toiletries are also very poor and I dare not use them. Apart from two bottles of mineral water, there is nothing else in the room, such as tea and coffee. After all, we The price of the room booked is not cheap either. The waiters should be family members. They have no professional training and no service awareness. To find someone, you need to make a phone call. There is no one at the service desk. We were doing a team building event and booked five rooms in total. Overall, we felt it was not good. I probably won’t go there again next time.

As expected, you still need to have a private bath when soaking in hot springs. It’s a very satisfying experience. However, it is a pity to complain that many TVs cannot be viewed, and some mobile phones cannot cast the screen. Hygiene is generally very clean, but a big bug flying in from nowhere at night is quite scary, and there are marks on the cup that cannot be washed away. Although it was resolved quickly, I feel a little uncomfortable thinking about it. However, I liked the decoration style of this one very much. After negotiating with the hotel, they helped me I upgraded to another room type. When I arrived at the store, the man at the front desk was very enthusiastic and the service was attentive. The snow scenery outside was beautiful. I will come back next time [呲呲]

After buying fruit, the ants crawled out from the cracks in the wall and crawled all over the table. When I asked to change rooms, there was no one at the front desk. After calling, an old man came with a very bad attitude and wanted to put the blame on the guest, saying that we brought the bugs in. At first, I didn't want to change to a room on a higher floor and wanted to just go to the next door. After repeated requests, I was reluctant to change to the second floor. The two rooms that were replaced before and after did not have anti-theft chains. At seven o'clock in the morning, you could hear loud sounds from other rooms and the sound insulation was poor. Service: There was no one at the front desk after seven o'clock in the evening. The safety factor was worrisome and there was no security. The delivery people could just walk in. Facilities: The platform service said there is no deposit, but I paid a deposit of 1,000 yuan. It does not meet the service that should be provided at the price, and even basic hygiene and safety cannot be guaranteed.

環境很好，房間超大，不輸五星酒店，三家人集體帶娃出遊，娃們很開心，聚在一起泡温泉，因為涉及小朋友影相所以沒傳照片，工作人員也都很好很熱心，朋友們都説性價比太高了，還會再來的。

周圍環境清新怡人，房間也乾淨衞生，老闆小哥哥態度也非常的好，院子裏面停車位也很多，定位方便好找，非常推薦的温泉度假好去處，好評！
