之後我臨時需要打印文件，前台不僅幫忙操作，還細心檢查了格式是否正確。途中遇到問題諮詢，他們總能及時迴應，態度親切自然，沒有過度熱情的刻意感，卻讓人覺得很踏實。

Cons:
1. Staff at front desk asked to fill in paper form that they should have filled themselves.
2. AC thermostat works poorly. Either it will freeze you or you'll be sweating.
3. Every evenings there are loud music outside.
4. Poor sound insulation in rooms, you'll hear everyone at night.
5. At laundry there are no working iron or steamer.
Pros:
1. Location at centre with a lot of restaurants
2. Clean rooms
3. Quite good breakfast.

Everything is good except the hotel entrance is located within a parking lot and the e hailing drivers don’t want come into the parking lot to drop off the passengers. Instead they drop the passengers at the road side which was dangerous because many motorcycles are passing by at the same time.

Atour is a boutique hotel. Hotel is clean and staff it friendly, reliable and helpful. Close to all attractions. Hotel is great, bedroom is amazing and everything is new and good quality. Would definitely recommend 🫶👌

It was super clean. I stayed there for a week and the room was cleaned everyday. The hotel was close to touristic areas and metro station. The breakfast was really good. I came for a conference to Nanjing, as a foreigner, I had a very good experience in this hotel. The employees were very kind and helpful.

酒店位於市中心北京東路附近，對面正對着江蘇電視台，環境一點都不嘈雜，服務態度也很好，免費給升級了房型。房間寬敞明亮，設施一應俱全，並且很安靜，舒舒服服的睡覺💤緩解了暴走的疲憊感。十一期間還給延遲退房了，太良心了！
總之就是很棒的入住體驗！
