Clean and cozy hotel. Friendly staff and great location. Get free breakfast because of renovation noise and lift issue. Restaurant chef feel energetic and greet every guest in the morning. Definitely will book again if come to Nanjing again.

The hotel rooms have been newly renovated, but the entire building is still very old. Some rooms have an unpleasant odor coming from the toilet, and the cleaning quality is poor. It seems the cleaners are not properly trained, or the management does not check the cleanliness standards regularly.
Another issue is the centralized heating and air conditioning system — guests cannot adjust the room temperature themselves. My room was quite hot, but only the heater was working. Opening the window wasn’t a good option either due to constant traffic noise, as people tend to honk frequently here.
Overall, the hotel is poorly managed. It’s better to stay at a well-known hotel chain instead.however , the breakfast and location is good.

1. It was a short walk to the DaXingGong Metro. 2. It had many eateries around 3. It was central as far as Line 2 was concerned to all the major sights 4. The front desk (all her day/night personnels) were excellent, superb and perfect. Helped with wet/dry laundry for our 4-day stay, without a murmur. Who can ask for more?! Wished we had written down their names. The breakfast was decent Chinese food. No perference.

所有的工作人員都很真誠、熱情
會耐心詢問需求 到達酒店的那一天很悶熱，前台的每一位工作人員都很忙，但是一見到客人就立刻笑盈盈還馬上主動倒了酸梅汁
入住當晚有主動打電話詢問是否方便送水果 還幫我帶了針線包👍
走的時候還送了伴手禮 好看的冰箱貼 🥳

服務：服務態度超預期！工作人員都很熱情，也很注重細節。備註了蜜月，房間準備了很多氣球，辛苦工作人員！房間沒有冰箱，兩袋中葯衹能寄存在前台，工作人員每次都幫忙分別拿，很熱心！餐廳服務員也很熱情和耐心！
環境：離大行宮地鐵很近，出地鐵走5分鐘差不多吧，交通方便，離新街口步行十分鐘左右，去各個景區坐地鐵都很近很方便。就是地鐵出口竟然沒有電梯都是台階對行李箱不太友好。
衞生：還行，沒有什麼特別的；建議在洗手池上添加衞生紙盒，全屋衹有一盒，還在窗户附近，很不方便；洗漱台很大很寬敞，但水池太小了，洗個臉水流很容易到枱子上；水龍頭距離大鏡子太近了，打開水龍頭就會Duang的撞到鏡子上。
設施：設施衹能説一般了！首先這是25年新開業，但並不意味着酒店設施是全新的！上樓的電梯吱扭吱扭有點嚇人，聽出來有年頭了；其次，衹有大廈頂層幾層是酒店，其他層是辦公區，還有在裝修的。房間隔音一般，晚上休息能聽到隔壁在説什麼；早上能被裝修聲音吵醒；房間設施整體感覺不算陳舊，但是但是電視打不開是怎麼回事。。。

服務特別的好，點的外賣送不上來還幫我們親自送上來，點了好幾回都是幫我送上來的，已經是住的第二次了，就是因為他們的服務很好房間也不錯，環境也很好，所以才又來他們家入住了，一定要給前台的的美女寶寶點贊👍關鍵是我們還是老鄉，還怪巧的，哈哈哈

酒店位置特別好，總統府就在旁邊，走幾步路就到了。中山陵，酒店門口搭公交車過去很方便，還可以公交車去老門東，值得一看
前台服務員真好，辦理熱心有效率，喜歡。餐廳服務也特別熱情，謝謝。中西式都有，還品種非常多，好吃。有南京鴨血粉絲湯，贊👍
房間開闊，窗外景色好，遠的紫金山中山陵，近的總統府，一眼收盡眼底
床品新，房間大，好睡覺，安安靜靜的，酒店是新的。各方面全滿分🌹🌹🌹
