地理位置挺好，離地鐵站近，離商場新城市廣場一步之遙，有大超市。吃飯也方便。賓館比較久了，環境一般，隔音不算好。性價比還算可以

1.房間很小，隔音差，挨着馬路，開窗聽非常清晰的車輛人講話聲音，不開窗很憋的慌，主要是有點味道。2.大床房的床很小大概1.35米的樣子（兩個人衹給一個毛巾，一個洗漱杯，據説是單人間，那還標大床房幹啥）。3.房間打掃不乾淨（留有臭襪子，看圖，浴巾不乾淨，床單被罩枕套不夠乾淨，實在無心再拍照）4.男服務態度極差（原話：沒辦法解決，要麼重新打掃，（所謂的重新打掃就是把臭襪子帶走而已）要麼主動退房吧。（我想問大半夜十一點多去哪住，路邊嗎）。5.價格和房間不符（不值）。
也住過年久的賓館房間，其他至少保證是乾淨的，這個…… 旅遊漲價也算能理解，但是兩百多的房費真不值，有點誇張，給南京旅遊摸黑

中規中矩，環境還可以，唯一不好的就是空調位置茶杯有一個不乾淨。就門前三個車位，道路窄。開車來的可以停商場地下車庫。

優點:前台很禮貌
水温/水壓都可以，洗澡挺舒服
缺點:房間很潮濕，有蜘蛛網
毛巾破的都拉絲了，浴巾還好
沒有拖鞋（後來自己到別的房間拿的）
沒有電話，如果有什麼需要要自己到前台
這個價格和幾十塊的旅館沒區別，不如加點錢住好一點
