賞心谷的環境還是不錯的 但是裏面度假村的住宿衞生還是堪憂 員工培訓也有待提高 和孩子掀開床單就是一個大蟲子在床上 小帳篷裏提供的露營燈也是沒電沒法開機使用的 等於親子房比其他房間貴好幾百完全沒意義 和前台説了幾遍床上有大蟲子 牆上各種爬的蜘蛛！前台的兩位服務員都是面無表情説哦… 強烈要求下才讓阿姨換了床單 按道理應該第一時間給我和孩子換房間

帶孩子去度假的，結果景區接駁車沒有，有動力的小車連着兩天一個沒開，整個園區靠腿，你們自己的工作人員還都騎個小車呢！！就玩玩滑滑梯這些設施，滑滑梯也不合理，都要大人接着，坡度太大，自己滑下來就會摔跤，掉蝦孩子玩了沒2分鐘，另外收30，哎！整體遊玩的不愉快，跟前台反饋，也不搭理。

很適合親子游，庭院房房間很大，新裝修很乾凈。度假村內特別適合小孩子玩，以至於我們取消了景點，在酒店玩了半天。就是位置有點偏，吃飯不方便。

燒烤套餐就不要買了，不適合人少，東西也不全，住宿還是很不錯的，房間很大，也乾淨，床也很大，住的帶院子的，可以**團玩的套票給小朋友，划船很貴，其他挺好的，餐廳價格還好，味道很不錯，也很乾凈，服務好！那片沙灘是孩子們的真愛。
