The room was spotless and cozy, reflecting Atour's consistent quality. The late-night supper service was a real highlight; it was perfect to come back late and enjoy some light dishes and congee. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. The location is excellent, with a shopping mall just a ten-minute walk away, plenty of convenient dining options, and taxis are easily accessible.

The hotel is conveniently located near Xuanwu Lake, with quick and easy access to the subway. My stay was excellent, and the service was incredibly attentive. I'll definitely be back! I highly recommend the buffet breakfast; it offers a wide variety of dishes and is very reasonably priced. The self-service late-night congee was also delicious. In the evenings, I enjoyed making a cup of the complimentary tea and simply unwinding by the window, feeling completely relaxed and at ease. This thoughtful and welcoming hotel left such a positive impression that I already know I'll absolutely return!

We, two adults and two children, booked a room with two 1.2-meter beds. The room was spacious, and the facilities were new and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free stay. What impressed me most was the laundry service. Not only was detergent provided, but if you weren't around, the staff would even help wash and dry your clothes for you. This service alone far surpasses other hotels like Home Inn, where previously I found no detergent and self-service laundry often led to conflicts with other guests. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices; our kids loved picking their own meals and ate heartily. In the evenings, they even offered two types of comforting, warm porridge, which was a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were also very friendly and accommodating. They always went the extra mile and genuinely strove to ensure guest satisfaction. The hotel is within walking distance of Xuanwu Lake. Before we left, we even took the children for an hour-long boat ride on the lake. Its convenient location was definitely a plus. We had a fantastic two-day stay. Next time we visit Nanjing and want to stay near Xuanwu Lake, this will definitely be our go-to hotel. The value for money is outstanding!

Location: The hotel is surrounded by plenty of restaurants, and Wuyue Plaza is just a 5-minute walk away. Facilities: I really liked the design of the ground floor lobby; there's a comfortable seating area right by the entrance. A warm cup of honey water was offered upon check-in at the front desk, which was a very thoughtful touch. I was also fortunate enough to receive a room upgrade this time. As an Atour member (which I quickly registered for), I was able to try out some Atour products on the same day and chose a shoulder and neck patch. On the downside, the bathroom and hairdryer felt a bit dated. Breakfast: The selection was extensive, featuring hot dishes (including shrimp), cold dishes, salads (served in small cups), noodles, vermicelli soup, and more. This is truly impressive for a hotel in this price range. Service: The front desk staff were consistently friendly; every time you passed by, whether coming down from your room or returning from outside, an employee would always greet you with a "Hello".
