I recently stayed at Hentique Qiyun Retreat and would like to share my experience to help fellow travelers make informed decisions. The hotel had both positives and negatives, and I hope this balanced review will be helpful. One of the highlights of my stay was its proximity to beautiful walking trails. I found these trails to be a great way to explore the natural surroundings and enjoy some outdoor activities during my visit. If you are someone who appreciates nature and likes to go for walks or hikes, this hotel's location would be a definite plus. However, I found that the hotel's distance from the city center was a significant drawback. If your intention is to visit the city center frequently, the hotel's location might not be the most convenient option. Traveling to and from the city center can be time-consuming and might require additional planning. Regarding the dining experience, I found the breakfast to be quite average. The food options were nothing out of the ordinary, and the atmosphere was rather noisy. There were children running around and making a mess during breakfast, which made the experience less enjoyable. It would have been helpful if the staff had intervened to maintain a more peaceful environment. In terms of housekeeping, I had some concerns about the service provided. The housekeeping staff never made the bed during my stay, which was unexpected. Additionally, while they provided new towels, they did not remove the used ones from the room. This left the room feeling cluttered and not as clean as it could have been.

Because of the epidemic, the National Day holiday I can not go far, so I find a resort hotel to pretend to travel; I have lived in many Hentian resort hotels before, but this time I chose this hotel mainly for the quality of Hentian. Although the maple leaves in Qixia Mountain are not yet red, but this trip satisfied me a lot. The location of the hotel is said to be the former renovation of Qixia Middle School, next to it is the Buddhist College. Next to the hotel also have Qixia ancient town old street,but it is refurbished so it has not yet opened .I think this is a little regret. On the other hand,the hotel villa area garden landscape is very beautiful,each building has its own characteristics,we lived in the inside one, next to the mountain,lt was very quiet, the room with a small courtyard, and the courtyard has a private soup,but unfortunately bubble pool has not been used temporarily. The layout of the whole room belongs to the Buddhist minimalist style,and the space is comparison. It was amazing that the intelligent control system is implemented throughout the hotel.The hotel also offers free minibar drinks and fruit plates. The hotel has a VIP channel to climb Qixia Mountain,you just need brush the room card, which is a feature of the hotel.It only need to walk for 10 minutes to reach the Qixia temple. Early in the morning is not hot, while fewer people will go,so this time to play is very comfortable. Blue sky, white clouds and shady trees, as if a beautiful picture scroll. With the maple leaves turning red in November, there must be another taste, and I look forward to the next appointment.

The nearby ancient town and Qixia Mountain are very pleasant. All the service staff in the lobby are very warm and friendly. If I have to find fault with the details, it is the induction code scanning for the VIP channel of Qixia Mountain. Basically, seven out of ten people can't scan it and have to ask the front desk for help. When I asked to disinfect and clean the private bath pool when I entered the room, I waited for about four hours and had to urge it repeatedly. I found that the peak of customer flow was found at breakfast. Basically, there were many empty plates when I went there at 9:30... I also heard two aunts loudly asking each other how many people hadn't come yet... Such a good hotel, don't lose the service details. The disadvantage is that guests who come for the first time and have not done their homework will not understand the rules of building numbering. One is that when I walk with my children at night and meet the hotel shuttle bus, they will take the initiative to brake. The second is that when I made a phone confirmation before checking in, the front desk lady Wang helped us upgrade the room and confirmed the course time. Her logic was clear and her attitude was enthusiastic, which made me feel great and look forward to it at the time. Unfortunately, I didn't see her face the next day.
