本人是因為配置才入住，騙人的配置就單單內存。
首頁寫着32g運行，住的時候才發現16。室內設施一般給人一種舊舊的感覺。電腦很臟很多灰塵。我這輩子沒給人差評過，這是第一次。

衞生：剛掀開被子就發現有不明毛髮，第一根弄掉了，沒想到接連二三又發現幾根，真的很噁心！難道被套和床單都沒換嗎？四五百的價格衞生也太難了！
設施：床真的太硬了，跟睡在紙板箱上一樣。一
環境：隔音效果太差，八點左右樓上就有椅子來回拖動的聲音，還有退房打掃衞生的聲音，根本睡不好！體驗感極差。

設施：挺新的。這種酒店公寓比連鎖酒店的好處就是配套更多。特別誇一下是用的戴森的吹風機
衞生：衞生還行，但是馬桶是壞的，每次坐的時候會搖一下，很大聲。
分的靠馬路的房間，我以為馬路很吵，服務員説關窗隔音很好的，這倒是馬路那邊沒那麼吵，反而走廊這邊吵死了，路過一個人聽的清清楚楚，就像沒關門一樣。
還有上下樓用水，自己的房間水聲特別大。

前台態度差 着急退房小金戒指忘記拿了 跟前台講 處理的時候一點都不積極 説沒找到沒了就是沒了 我承認我戒指忘記拿是我的疏忽 但你前台遇到問題處理的方式就不應該打“？”嘛 之後我們人過去找 對我們翻白眼 各種微妙的表情是幾個意思呢 我也沒為難她們任何 就想把戒指找到 問保潔阿姨 問她啥都説不知道 一點都不配合 要翻個垃圾要來回來跑兩趟 根本不管 前台態度也是醉了 説我們就想説是阿姨偷的唄 我想説我們根本也沒為難阿姨 阿姨全程也沒幫我們找 就算我想懷疑難道不可以嘛 有動機就是可以懷疑啊 我請問前台你説這話是想綁架我嘛 一直説這個問題很難處理 難處理就不處理了嘛 而且你自己看看你處理的積極嘛...... 最後跟她要經理的電話 經理説讓打電話給阿姨讓她全程陪我們 實在不行就讓我們報警 我這邊電話剛掛 阿姨直接沖下來説戒指找到了 我問她在哪找到的 她説在床頭板板的縫隙找到的 我跟我朋友一來就去房間找 找了半個多小時 她找到戒指的地方我跟問朋友把床墊都掀起來了我都沒看到 前台説她仔細幫我找了十幾分鍾也沒有 因為床跟櫃子是沒有死角的 我不明白我戒指怎麼就會掉在那的 明明塞都塞不進去 而且一開始讓你幫我找你怎麼就不幫我呢 現在又説自己單獨幫我找了一下就找到了 前台還一直強調房間啥的都已經翻過了 我戒指不在裏面酒店 你不會是覺得我在找你茬吧 你但凡態度好點 處理問題積極點 我戒指早就能出現了 不至於驚動經理 而且事實戒指就是在你們酒店找到了 是不是如果我那天自己不過來酒店 這事是不是就算了 我戒指不找就沒了
