Nanjing Jianye District Hotels

Andaz Nanjing is a nice, modern & cozy hotel. I need to thank the Concierge team for their kindness & perfect arrangement. Deeply appreciated the decoration & room upgrade for my husband’s birthday. Nice view & very comfortable room. There are shopping malls and metro near the hotel, which is convenient. Breakfast is good, nice pool & gym too. We enjoyed our stay very much and we will recommend this hotel to others.

Staffs are very friendly and nice and also helpful . Location is cos we are going to stadium nearby. So walk about few mins only. Beside hotel is a small shopping mall. Attached photo is our view from room.

The surroundings are elegant and peaceful. A scenic loop road winds through the area, making it perfect for cycling and exercise. The river views are exceptionally captivating – truly one of Nanjing's most easily overlooked scenic gems. The harmonious blend of a modern urban complex and natural landscapes makes for an unforgettable experience.

I recently stayed at the International Youth Convention Hotel and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The room was uncomfortable and lacked a window, which made it feel very claustrophobic. The absence of natural light and fresh air significantly affected my stay. I hope the management can address these issues to improve the overall guest experience.

The company arranged a business trip on a temporary week, and looked at the nearby hotels in advance. This one just met the travel standards, so I decided to book it as soon as possible and checked in on the same day. The plane arrived at 7 pm, and arrived at the hotel after 8 pm. The taxi did not drive into the hotel and I had to walk a distance. The front desk was very enthusiastic and helped to arrange the room according to the reservation content, and upgraded the room type. The service attitude was very good, thank you very much. The overall stay experience was also good, the breakfast was very rich, and there was also the characteristic Nanjing duck blood vermicelli soup. The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom was large, and I lived in a suite, so there was also a relatively large living room with two TVs, which was very suitable for a family trip. Overall, the experience was good, and there was no queuing and crowding at night, waiting for check-in.

Facilities: worth mentioning, really tasteful display and decoration Environment: The room is very luxurious. I admire all the lighting design of the hotel. It is really ranked among the many luxury brand hotels I have stayed in Service: Thank you Miss Freya for the check-in service for me. The service is very good and the people are sweet. All the problems are responded to in one second. The solution makes people feel great and smiles all the time. I especially thank the guest service manager Xiaoxiao. She was still replying to my questions in the early morning because I really like the music in the hotel. I want her to help me with my problems. She helped me solve them and kept them in mind. I hope some international star-rated brand hotels can learn from this. I think if I come to Nanjing again to choose a hotel, I will come back to the Lalu💕 because I think the two ladies are really great. There are very few hotels that can insist on service like this these days.

Although the renovation took a long time, it is well maintained. The rooms and bathrooms are large and fully equipped. The breakfast options are quite rich. You can take the No. 10 and No. 2 subways nearby, and the shopping mall is also close. The most important thing is that there is no price increase during the Qingming Festival. Compared with the rooms in Xinjiekou that cost more than 1,000 yuan, it is very cost-effective. I will choose it again when I go to Nanjing next time

The company arranged a business trip here. The high-speed rail Nanjing South came down to take a taxi for 15 minutes. It was convenient; the girl at the front desk was very caring and upgraded the room type. I was very satisfied; The room attendant turned on the air conditioner for me in advance, and it was cool to enter the room. The high floor could see the scenery of Nanjing Hexi. It was also good; next time I brought my children to play, I will book here.

Acceptable but not outstanding, especially from a service standpoint. Staff were mostly standoffish and very unwilling to discuss anything outside of the script. For example, I asked if it were possible to have a late check out (I wanted to check out at 3, the standard time is 2); the front desk told me that all check out time is 2pm and cannot be changed. Absolutely no attempt to check if the room was immediately required or if anything can be done, for a single hour difference…. Like I said, acceptable but not outstanding. We to the the bar on my first evening and was told I have to sit at the bar as I was on my own (white, male). The following two customers were also on their own, but female and Chinese, and they could sit wherever they wanted. Not quite sure why the difference in treatment.

Came to Nanjing to watch Xu Song's concert. This is the nearest five-star hotel to the Sports Center, which is a ten-minute walk away. Advantages: 1. Standard five-star hotel and service, not amazing, but nothing wrong. What impressed me most was that the hotel staff were polite but not overly enthusiastic, which made me feel comfortable 2. The price system is stable, and there is no random increase in price due to the concert. Last month, when I watched a concert in Suzhou, five-star hotels such as InterContinental Four Seasons all increased their prices a lot on normal weekends 3. The scenery around the hotel is nice and lush Disadvantages: Some of the hotel facilities are a bit old, such as hair dryers, and they can be considered for replacement After comprehensive consideration, if I come to Nanjing to watch a concert next time, I will choose this hotel again!
