Nanjing Xuanwu District Hotels

Stayed at Grand Metro Park Hotel 3 nights, ( December 2024) with family. Received the room we wanted. Staff was helpful. Pool closed, but was clear when we booked so wasn't disappointed. Breakfast- many options, though nothing *spectacular*. Super clean. 2 water bottles everyday. Great view of the Nanjing Museum, though military morning exercises can be heard from down the street. Overall, ok. Maybe better for a Chinese travel group or business-persons.

We arrived a little early, and the front desk took the initiative to help upgrade the room type. The room was very nice, with many restaurants around, which was very convenient. It was very close to Purple Mountain and the subway station, and the hotel facilities were also good.

I recently visited Nanjing and stayed at the MGallery Hotel Nanjing. The experience was truly amazing and I have to give it a five-star review! Upon arrival, the front desk staff greeted me warmly, their genuine smiles instantly dispelling my travel fatigue. During check-in, the front desk manager was incredibly helpful. They were incredibly quick and attentive, explaining all the hotel's services and amenities, even explaining nearby restaurants and fun activities. This was incredibly thoughtful for a first-timer like me! When I checked out, they proactively asked if I had any complaints during my stay. This level of attention to service is truly rare. Experiencing such excellent front desk service on this business trip really made my stay a truly wonderful experience. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Nanjing!

The children and classmates were very satisfied with the May Day trip. The hotel is in a good location, only 15 minutes from Nanjing Station, very convenient. The pot stickers and duck blood vermicelli for breakfast in the hotel are very good🤭🤭, very Nanjing-style and authentic. We also checked in for the camp barbecue, but the weather was not cooperative and the wind was a bit strong. The children also went to the children's club, which was well received👏👏👏

The room was fully automated with Xiaodu, Xiaodu. I stayed for three days and two nights, and I said goodnight to Xiaodu every day. It's definitely a cultural and creative hotel. I loved the front desk staff. They weren't wearing the usual hotel uniforms, but the hotel's signature tomato uniforms. They were so friendly and adorable. I also wanted to praise the bedding, especially the pillows, which were incredibly comfortable. The cups and toothbrush tumblers were also very textured, not plastic. The shower was powerful, and the hairdryer was friendly even for those with long hair. 👍🏻 The hotel is across from the subway, and since I always go to Jiming Temple in Nanjing, it's only one stop away, so it's very convenient. There are bakeries, McDonald's, and Luckin Coffee nearby. 👍🏻 Suggestions: 1. Although the toilet has alcohol disinfectant, it would be better to use a disposable toilet seat. 2. It would be nice to have a toaster next to the breakfast toast. The cafeteria seems to be under renovation, and the breakfast selection could be more organized (it's a bit messy). 3. I really like your tomato theme; you could make tomato fridge magnets and canvas bags to evoke the spirit of Nanjing.

I chose this hotel for the excellent location, close to the metro station of Fuqiao, and for its great look. I had a very comfortable stay (4 nights) and enjoyed immensely both breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant area, complete with terrace. The room was a good size and had all I needed. Reception was extremely helpful, Vic in particular. I will definitely stay there again if I return to Nanjing, a city rich with history (capital of many Dinasties and during Republican times) well worth visiting. Don't miss out!

The final stop of the Nanjing Hotel Check-in is Nanjing Ritz-Carlton. Nanjing Ritz is worthy of the ceiling of the mainland Ritz, with the top city view of Nanjing, overlooking Xinjiekou and Xuanwu Lake, which is breathtaking. The indoor hotel public area is extremely luxurious, and the interior design and decoration of the room are also very exquisite. The mini bar can be opened as a small wine cabinet and is equipped with the drinking method of each wine. The hotel swimming pool is not big but has a sense of vacation. The steam room can enjoy the outdoor scenery. It is quite good. This time I stayed in the executive lounge. Although the five meals are simple meals, they are of high quality. If you haven't tried afternoon tea, I highly recommend it. The breakfast environment is unique, but the variety provided is limited. Chinese and Western food are not deeply cultivated. It can be used as a simple meal in the morning. Compared with the hardware, what surprised me most was its service. The appearance of the hotel is always beyond the mountain, and there is no need to pursue it too much, but service is the soul of a hotel. The service of Nanjing Ritz-Carlton is indeed meticulous. I never thought that my girlfriend's casual question about whether there is ice cream in the lounge, the service staff remembered it in their hearts, and soon got ice cream and sent it directly to the room. Since I needed to have lunch in the executive lounge, I explained to the front desk the difficulty of checking out at 12 o'clock, and the front desk also carefully delayed our check-out to 2 o'clock in the afternoon.

My stay at Wenyi Jin Hotel in Nanjing from August 6–8 was overall pleasant. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped, though slightly compact for two people with luggage. **Highlights:** - **Comfortable beds** and quality linens ensured good sleep. - **Friendly staff** who assisted with directions and basic requests. - **Good value** for the price paid. **Areas for Improvement:** - **Breakfast variety** could be expanded—more local Nanjing dishes would be a plus. - **Soundproofing** between rooms was lacking; we could hear hallway noise at night. Would recommend for short stays, especially for travelers prioritizing location and affordability. With a few tweaks, this could be a 5-star experience!

I stayed in Nanjing for five days. This is the most comfortable hotel. The hotel environment is very good, the interior decoration is very good, there is a stereo that can play songs, which is very good for people who like to listen to music. The service is very good, the staff is very enthusiastic, the service is very good, and when I left, it rained and gave me an umbrella!
