Hotels in Tangshan Hot Spring Resort, Nanjing

There are many farmhouses around the hotel. The homestay is located in the mountains, surrounded by pleasant scenery and fresh air. After checking in, the hotel staff sent us to the room and carefully introduced the use of various facilities and equipment. I am very satisfied with the room type booked. The bathroom is large in size and the bedding is excellent, which can make people sleep comfortably. Of course, the most important thing is to soak in the hot springs. I have soaked twice in total, and I put most of the hot spring water in each time. After the soaking, I feel comfortable and tired. I have the opportunity to come again in winter. And the service attitude of the hotel staff is very good, eating and drinking let them send to the room very fast, take the trouble. The hotel provides free tea and iced coffee. Snack platters are also provided when you check in. The breakfast provided in the morning is also very delicate.

My experience with the service was extremely disappointing: 1. We weren't contacted with the park admission details until very close to our check-in time on the day of arrival, which meant we couldn't enter the park early to explore. Moreover, the 'butler service' was practically non-existent. 2. My family and a group of foreign (Caucasian) guests entered the hotel lobby at the same time. Immediately, three staff members rushed to assist the foreign guests, while not a single person acknowledged or greeted my family. I was quite frankly appalled to witness such blatant preferential treatment towards foreign guests – it was truly an eye-opener! (I hope the hotel management considers who their primary clientele truly is in this rather remote location near the Garden Expo Park – is it locals or foreign visitors?) 3. I had been promised a room upgrade by a staff member beforehand, only to be told upon arrival that no upgrade was available?! If an upgrade genuinely wasn't possible, a proactive notification beforehand would have been perfectly fine and understandable. However, it's unacceptable to enthusiastically promise something and then fail to deliver without any prior communication. 4. The front desk informed us that the children's toiletries and slippers would be delivered ”shortly.” This ”shortly” turned into several hours. We only managed to get them after we finally caught a staff member doing the turndown service. 5. Regarding the shuttle service, we were told upon boarding that it would depart in three minutes. Instead, we waited over ten minutes for it to leave, almost causing us to miss our dinner reservation at another venue. Your hotel's facilities, design, aesthetics, and cleanliness are all excellent. My only hope is that you seriously address and improve these service shortcomings. Thank you!

Facilities: Tangshan Hot Spring, there is indoor private soup, although the number of times is limited, but it is enough to soak. I live in a wooden raft, twin room, the room area is still abundant, the second floor is very light, you can see the green space outside. There is a small swimming pool that the kids love. Talk about the shortcomings, because it is close to the home of the fawn, there is an unpleasant smell when walking around. The child said that he would like to go next time, and he hopes to change the room 😆 There is also a simple breakfast, the two people allocated, me and the child have not eaten enough, change the ** is not enough. Environment: There are many restaurants, coffee houses, and there are not many people in the hot weather. It can be seen that the people in the store are friendly and treat stray cats and dogs very well. Service: Butler service is very good, response is very fast and very friendly. There are many parent-child activities arranged in the store, and we had a pleasant two days.

I made an appointment with my friends to take our grandchildren with me. The hotel is inside the Garden Expo Park, which is very convenient to drive to. The hotel has a beautiful environment and good service. Miss Xiaoru, who checked us in, was very considerate and patiently answered some of our questions. The hotel's breakfast was also very rich, the environment was elegant, and the waiters were enthusiastic. The only regret was that the weather was too hot and there was little time for outdoor activities. It would be better to go in autumn and spring!

Before returning to Nanjing during the Spring Festival, the hotel was temporarily set up to soak in the hot springs. The door was a garden-style building. The style of the room was very like. The whole house was smart. I soaked in the soup on the day of check-in. It was very comfortable. The next day, the breakfast was very rich. The children called too much. After breakfast, I went to the zoo and checked out when I came back. The children are still not satisfied, saying that it is not addictive to soak once, then come back next time.

The waist is not good. On weekends, I chose a hot spring hotel with private soup, which is also an anti-season holiday, so the price will be a lot of cost-effective. Thanks to the manager for upgrading us to a duplex room. The duplex room is very suitable for couples. There is a grape picking garden and strawberry picking garden nearby. However, there are seasonal restrictions, takeaway is relatively difficult, there are restaurants in the store, clearly marked, the cold drinks in the store are regular prices, the open-air swimming pool on the roof is open-air after all, did not dare to enter the water, overall it is still very good, it is recommended

A good choice for a relaxing trip during the May Day holiday. The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, and the authentic hot springs are very refreshing. The children love playing in the water. The street in front is very lively with food and drinks, and it is convenient to take a taxi. I especially praise the little beauty at the front desk who was very nice on the first day. She answered questions tirelessly and made people feel at home. The little beauty at check-out was also very nice and smiling, and gave me an eye mask. I will choose this place next time I go on vacation

We loved our stay at this IHG property. The staff were attentive and professional. They explained to us when checking in how to use the Hotspring in our room and where to find some of the different facilities. The room was clean the bed comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast the next morning, the restaurant had many Western and Asian choices including sausages, bacon etc. There were also noodles and even chinese rice packets to celebrate the Chinese festival at the time. We used the hotspring in our room in the afternoon of checking in and it was fantastic. It filled in around 30 minutes and was large enough for 4 people. We tried to use it again the following morning before checking out. However, there was no hot water. The front desk explained that the hot water was switched on at 8am, however, by 11am there was still no hot water. This was very disappointing. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would consider returning to this Voco property.

It was a nice place to relax. Also, it is such a great place to have your own private hotspring once a day, go to a farm nearby, and pick up some fresh strawberries and eggs. The locals on the farm are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is okay, there is not much variety. I will definitely come back again in the summer and recommend this place to my friends. Our children absolutely loved it, and it completely exceeded our expectations! We booked a 3-day, 2-night presale package and made our reservation a day in advance. Our room directly overlooked Shisan Garden, and opening the balcony door was incredibly refreshing. The front desk staff and bellhops were excellent; our luggage was promptly delivered to our room. The children's amenities also arrived very quickly. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The kids enjoyed a bath while watching TV in the tub, and we parents could work at the desk without disturbing them or each other. What the children were most excited about was the swimming pool and hot springs; they played there multiple times and absolutely loved it! In the hotel lobby, there was a sachet-making activity for 28 RMB. It was a hands-on experience where children learned to weigh traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) ingredients using a small brass scale, following recipes and specific proportions. They pounded the herbs, bagged them, and then chose their sachet design. Our child learned about the markings on ancient scales, made their own fragrant sachet, and carried it around everywhere, unwilling to let go. The hotel also provided complimentary tickets to nearby attractions. We didn't visit the fruit orchard for picking as it was outside the main resort area, but all the other attractions were excellent and easily accessible by either the hotel shuttle or the park's own shuttle service. Shisan Garden itself is both exquisitely designed and grand, with beautiful scenery at every turn – it's definitely worth taking your time to explore. The children had a fantastic time at Baobao樂園. The 'Braveheart Adventure' activity, costing an additional 30 RMB for one adult and one child, was also quite reasonably priced. Yangshan Stele is also worth a visit. Sitting in a pavilion by the lake, the cool mountain breeze instantly dispelled the summer heat. The Chinese restaurant served excellent food. My husband, who hails from Nanjing and is quite a picky eater, couldn't stop raving about the salted duck, so we ended up having all our lunches and dinners at the hotel. We had originally planned to extend our stay for another night, but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked for the weekend. No worries, we'll definitely be back!
