The room was clean and tidy, the housekeeper was welcoming, we came in the off-season, and got a free room upgrade, which was very suitable for dog walking. The dog had a lot of fun, and the marmot seemed to be very interested in my dog. As soon as it saw her, it gnawed the cage. The downside is that there is too little food around, only farmhouses, and no drinks. If you like to drink, it is recommended to bring your own

We loved our stay at this IHG property. The staff were attentive and professional. They explained to us when checking in how to use the Hotspring in our room and where to find some of the different facilities. The room was clean the bed comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast the next morning, the restaurant had many Western and Asian choices including sausages, bacon etc. There were also noodles and even chinese rice packets to celebrate the Chinese festival at the time. We used the hotspring in our room in the afternoon of checking in and it was fantastic. It filled in around 30 minutes and was large enough for 4 people. We tried to use it again the following morning before checking out. However, there was no hot water. The front desk explained that the hot water was switched on at 8am, however, by 11am there was still no hot water. This was very disappointing. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would consider returning to this Voco property.

Very new and new homestay. . . . Be cautious when bringing children. But the environment is very elegant, breakfast cannot match the environment, very general. When booking, there was a Hanfu experience and coffee. The little brother who served did not know that I had these projects. The coffee was still the next day. I planned to check out for breakfast. Booked this hotel to participate in a cross-country race. The facilities, hygiene, and environment are all very good. The service is also very good. The wind was very strong that night. Pros: 1) located right inside the Jiangsu garden expo 2) Breakfast is delicious and lot of varieties 3) services is good, especially shout out to the front receptionist name Lucy, very friendly and helpful, also others hotel staff all very friendly 4) lovely interior 5) hot spring eventhou not many choices but still ok Cons 1) no restaurant available nearby, only got KFC 2) outside delivery need pick up ownself at the main gate eventhou drive by the hotel staff but still very troublesome for guests like me who have 3 kids 3) indoor Swimming pool is not enough heated, water temperature should be around 20+ degree which quite cold when outside temp is at 9~15 degree 4) room wise ac temperature is not working, lucky the weather still quite cold so I don't bother to contact the hotel to complain , just open the window overall for the Westin hotel brand, I'm quite disappointed on the facilities and rooms, but services not bad, and hotel staff are friendly
