I stayed at Wanda Realm Hotel this time, and I loved it! The lobby is so bright and spacious, and it looks high-end and refreshing. The room is also clean and tidy, and the bedding is very comfortable. Once I lie down, I feel relaxed and all the fatigue of the day has disappeared. The front desk service is even better, the attitude is super good, and the speed of checking in is done in a flash. They also recommended me many fun places around, and it feels like having a private tour guide. The breakfast is also super rich, with both Chinese and Western styles. Even a picky eater like me can find what I like. The location of the hotel is also very good, with Metro Exit 5 right outside the door, so it is convenient to go anywhere. Going to Nanjing South Railway Station or the airport, there is no need to worry about transportation problems. Next time I will definitely come here again, and I won’t consider other places!

This is the first time I've had an absolutely 10/10 experience with any hotel. This particular hotel also outranks every other Marriott I've ever stayed at. I genuinely could not think of a single negative point. I was only in Nanjing for 2 nights, in town for a meeting, and I'm so glad I chose to stay here. Firstly, the room is exactly as advertised. Marriott hotels always have the fluffiest pillows, but this particular hotel had the most HEAVENLY pillows. The bed was so comfy that I ended up postponing my day plans just so I could sleep in! I didn't realise how desperately I needed that rest and recuperation, and am glad I chose to stay here and get what I needed. Also, this hotel does not skimp on the water - most hotels will only give you 2 tiny bottles a day, which if it's blazing hot outside, can be frustrating, especially if you want to boil water for tea/coffee in the morning. This hotel provides 4-5 complimentary bottles of water per day. In many ways, I felt like they anticipated what I'd need and would provide it before I even had the chance to ask. There is also an ironing board stowed in the room, which for me was a lifesaver as I had an important meeting. As other reviewers have mentioned, the location is indeed fantastic. I was so relieved to find that after a long train journey, I only needed to hop on the subway for 1 stop - I didn't even need to exit the building, as the hotel is located inside the mall connected to the subway station. The breakfast spread is not too bad either, with the highlight for me being the espresso machines. When I tell you this machine delivers the most divine coffee in 10 seconds, I am not kidding. It was one of my favourite things and a great way to kickstart a busy day. At check-in, the reception staff ensured they gave me all the info I needed. I noticed this is often skipped at other hotels as staff are shy or reluctant to speak in English, which results in foreign guests missing out on relevant info or complimentary perks - but the Marriott team refused to let language be an obstacle. I was glad to learn free snacks and coffee were available in the executive lounge each evening. While I was there, the executive lounge manager - I think her name is Sheila, apologies if I've gotten this wrong - took the time to introduce herself and ask if I needed anything. She was so polite and genuinely seemed to want to improve the experience for guests. To me, these small touches are what set a service-oriented luxury hotel apart from others. On my first night, I'd arrived pretty exhausted after having sat on a delayed train for hours, and I wanted to order takeaway as I didn't have the energy to go out. They have Meituan lockers positioned right at the hotel entrance, which you can unlock with your phone and collect your deliveries. Being a foreigner who doesn't understand Chinese very well, I wasn't sure how to navigate this, but the reception staff went out of their way to help me, ensuring they stayed with me until I'd collected my parcel - it was not at all necessary for them to help me so much, but they did, and I'm very grateful for that :) I spent the entire month traveling in China and so, looking back, am able to compare all of the hotels and experiences from this trip. This particular hotel ranks 10/10 for me not only because of the location, but also because of the kindness and professionalism of staff. Things can sometimes be confusing or overwhelming for foreigners, and this was the only hotel where staff didn't hesitate to rush in and offer to help, no matter how small the issue. Even the gentleman at the coffee bar in the lobby was so kind and polite - and might I add, everyone at this hotel speaks English, so they really do cater to an international crowd. Housekeeping staff too were very sweet, always greeting you and asking if you needed extra bottles of water. Thank you for a relaxing, delightful stay! I hope to come again and stay longer next time.

I like the layout and style from the lobby to the room, which is consistent with the hotel concept, with Chinese style elements, which makes people feel peaceful; in the room, you can hear the bells in the temple next to it. I saw the introduction in the room that you can also make an appointment for Chinese medicine diagnosis and calligraphy copying👍 Cha Yan is just opposite the hotel, so it's convenient for drinking and eating. There's also a massage shop based on the concept of traditional Chinese medicine in the shopping mall opposite, so it's very comfortable to relax and have some moxibustion. There are some shortcomings. The sound insulation is not very good. I can hear people coming in and out at least seven or eight times in one night. I don't know why it is so noisy in the middle of the night. . Another suggestion is that although it is a courtyard view room, the trees are actually bare in winter, which is not a good feeling. It would be better if the hotel's theme of five-season planting could be followed to maintain different landscapes in five seasons, so that we can see living plants in winter.

Second stay here and still the same great ambience/ environment. Downside will be the breakfast repeating the same variety everyday (about 80%).

Highly recommend hotel. The best hotel ever. Too many great things inside the hotel. The staff very kind and helpful. The facilities were amazing. You not only can use the laundry facilities for free but the staff will help you to send the done clean and dried clothes to your room. The room big enough. The bed and comforter was very comfortable. Variety breakfast with cheap price. The cleanliness iof the room and all place was excellent. If there only 1 to 10 rate, I will rate it as 20 😄

Hotel is comfy ,sparkling clean and quiet . Looks pleasantly new in black and white decor . About 10mins walk from nanjing south hsr station . Lots of restaurants and 24 hour convenient mart within walking distance,. Airport is about 30mins car ride away. Free coffee at the hotel lobby for the stay . Free fruit delivered to yr room everyday . All staff, from front desk to kitchen and cleaner are polite and attentive to our queries or make our stay pleasantly comfortable . We had a pleasant stay at this hotel booked via Trip.com. We checked in quite late, but the process was smooth and hassle-free, which we really appreciated after a long journey. The room was clean, comfortable, and had some nice touches like complimentary soft drinks and light snacks. The location is excellent, very close to Nanjing South Railway Station, making it super convenient for travelers. The only downside was the toiletries; we weren’t fans of the shampoo and body wash provided 😅. Other than that, everything was great. Would definitely consider staying again!

The hotel is just opposite the subway station. It is very clean and new, with no odor and good sound insulation. It was a very comfortable accommodation experience. The waitress was very enthusiastic and smiled throughout the whole stay. Five-star praise, worth recommending! I will continue next time.

It was the first time for me to travel to Nanjing with my family. I was not familiar with Nanjing. I decided on this hotel with trepidation among many hotels. Because there were elderly people and children, I had many concerns. I was very anxious before checking in and on the way to the hotel. The road was very congested on May Day, but this hotel completely exceeded my expectations and brought me too many surprises. Surprise 1: When we were still stuck in traffic, we received a call from the hotel and asked about the approximate arrival time. Then, when they learned that I had elderly people and children, they arranged a room for me in a targeted manner, sent me some precautions in advance, and entered the license plate in advance and told me the convenient parking route; Surprise 2: The lobby is very warm, with a parent-child area and a beverage area. The front desk lady saw that we had elderly people and children, and she was very smart to help me take care of them. A young lady enthusiastically took my child to paint, and another young lady guided the service to sit in the rest area and gave drinks and snacks. I took the room card with all my heart. After the processing, we had a lot of luggage.
