Ibis Hotels in Nanjing

Great hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. I booked 2 nights stay 10 days apart and they kept my luggage while I was not there. Location is great, just five minutes from the subway and train station. The room is not big but has all the things you need, even a wardrobe to hang your clothes and store your luggage. Both room and bathroom are very clean. The breakfast has a lot of options and the food is tasty. The hotel also has a laundry room with 2 washing machines/dryers and they provide soap to wash your clothes. I ordered a coffee on my phone and I had it delivered to my door with a robot! Great hotel, I totally recommend.

It is a good hotel for several nights. The room was cosy, clean and warm, everything worked. I think that the breakfast could be more western (maybe if there was some cheese or butter to make sandwiches), but everybody can find here smth to eat. I was a little bit upset cause I had booked two rooms and every didn’t have a window (it was written about that, but I made a point on it and payed a little bit more (10 y) for the possibility of having a window if it could be possible). That’s why firstly I cancelled booking and made it again for the rooms more expensive. The district, where the hotel is situated, is far from the centre and there was no any shops near to it. Nevertheless, I can advise this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located, the high-speed rail/subway/bus station is very close, the lobby is spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, the facilities are complete, and I will stay next time.

A bit of walk to the nearest metro station. Arrived at the hotel way before check-in time but the front desk is kind enough to allow early check-in without charge. Room and bathroom is clean with daily housekeeping. But the lights at the shower area was dim. Occasionally will experience smoking smell even though it is a non-smoking room. Most likely is due to the centralised air conditioning and the smoke may come from smoking room through the centralised system. The management may want to consider to look into the ventilation system. Breakfast overall was satisfactory. Overall experience was quite good.

This is the hotel I have the best experience in. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. With a smile, they introduced us to the surrounding attractions, hotels and supermarkets, as well as how far away they were and how to get there. They also found a room for me. The quietest one, and the room facilities are relatively complete. Overall, I am very satisfied, especially the breakfast is very rich and delicious.
