整體而言，乾淨和衛生程度不像十位數的旅館，反而像百位數的旅館，而且該有的都有。
*就是提醒一下，如果住的時間比較長，要記得去跟老闆娘要缺少的東西（老闆和老闆娘他們一開始住宿時候會說）
床單枕頭都很乾淨，沒有異味，縱使上個客人可能抽煙，床單也不會有異味

網上訂房的話，除了要付款訂價，帶着大包小包行李到前台後被告知要額外付款10元的“空調費”。房間沒有電視，女房東態度差！！！

沒有吹風機，而且廁所是真的臟，很噁心，都不敢拍，地板都是臟東西，馬桶都不敢用，水龍頭都是壞的，房間床頭櫃子裏都是蟑螂，蟑螂都孵*了，床底也都是簽客喝的奶茶杯和煙頭還有掉落的飯，還有個廚房，廚房也臟全是油，床單也有油漬，換過和沒換一樣，唯一優點就是房間挺大的，位置也好找，
