這是最近出遊住的最滿意的一家酒店。衞生超級乾淨！細緻到每一個角落。房間很大，還很貼心地帶有兩個放行李箱的台。服務人員服務態度很好，並熱心地介紹南平好看的景點。停車很方便。住宿安靜。具服務人員介紹這是政府的招待所，可以放心住宿。

出遊第一天訂好幾間房，房間整體乾淨明亮，停車很好，周也吃逛方便，主要在網上沒寫普標是沒有電梯，這會給客人帶來不好體驗，前台也時為我們升級電梯房

該酒店位於崇陽溪畔不遠處，附近商業服務發達，酒店內部有個小院子停車比較方便。非常適合自駕旅客住宿。前台服務態度好，免費升級了房間，保安也非常有禮貌。是南平建陽區性價比比較高的酒店。

地處鬧市，交通便利，附近超市農貿市場，飯館林立，購物餐飲非常便利，入住酒店房間免費升級，免費停車，服務態度很好，酒店衞生條件良好，老牌國營商業企業，性價比值得推薦。

房間有扇門通陽台，可以晾曬衣服，有個院子可以停車，住店免費停車。早餐憑前台給的券，去隔壁大食堂就餐。旁邊不遠有個菜市場挺大的

地段不錯，五一節這個價很良心了。雖然是舊賓館但是衞生ok，前台的服務很好，落下了幾次東西都打電話來提醒了 最後還丟下了一雙小拖鞋但是人已經走了，前台還幫忙寄回來了。最後一天早晨樓下院子裏汽車大聲鳴喇叭減分
