After taking a long mountain road to reach our destination, we checked in at the counter. The staff at the counter explained clearly and patiently. We also registered for dinner time in the evening. There were many people and it was quite far away from the city. In the end, we chose to dine in the hotel. After dinner, I took my kids to the B1 game room. Overall, it was pretty good.

The bathroom door is broken and water leaks out... The restaurant all has round tables, making it inconvenient to get in and out. Breakfast doesn’t even have the basic poached eggs and ham… There are a lot of Chinese dishes… On a cold day, there is only hot soy milk...

I reserved a room after going down the mountain (Fantastic Castle is very close to the Formosan Aboriginal People, so it is the best choice after going to the Formosan Aboriginal Cultural Village to enjoy the cherry blossoms🌸). The service attitude of the counter staff is very friendly. Helped me temporarily book a room online (the room price is very different when booking at the counter). The room is generally clean and comfortable. I need to bring my own toiletries and slippers (in line with the concept of environmental protection - highly recommended). I also had a rich breakfast and the overall service quality was very good. It is a good choice for a family to stay while traveling and vacationing. It is worth mentioning that the staff dormitory is in the next building. I feel that the hotel takes good care of its employees, so that it can have such service quality. Really love it here.
