Palazzo Della Porta B&B

I stayed at this B&B during the Easter period with my family, booking all three rooms. B&B in a super central position, strategic to reach the main attractions of the city. Warm welcome at check-in by the owner, who also booked us a table in a pizzeria on the evening of our arrival (almost impossible in Naples to be able to book :)) Spacious rooms with simple furnishings. Very comfortable bed. Quiet rooms, albeit facing the street. Available for guests, coffee and tea at the entrance. Mediocre cleaning, certainly improved. Unfortunately, we found leftovers from previous guests in one of the three mini-bars. Clogged shower drain and problems with flushing the toilet. It is advisable to leave some maps of the city to the guests and some flyers of affiliated restaurants / pizzerias / bars. It would also have been useful to receive information on the services offered, such as booking a taxi to return to the airport. Breakfast not included in the price, unlike what you tell us when booking. However, the owner was very kind in offering us breakfast on the first morning of our stay in a bar below the B&B.

the structure has 3 rooms, one of which has no windows, but with a skylight on the corridor. upon arrival we were greeted by the employee / cleaning lady who never wore a mask in our presence. he is the only one who does the cleaning, which is done in a superficial way. breakfast is not brought to the room, but you have to go down to the bar. after the morning cleaning we were offered water, for what it offers it has a high price it is worth it for the location

Warm welcome in impeccable rooms with ultra-modern comfort. Quick access by taxi from the airport. Diversified offer in double or matrimonial equally pleasant. We were welcomed at six in three rooms of equal comfort.

Sono stato in questo B&B durante il mio soggiorno a Napoli. La struttura ,nuova, è situata in una posizione strategica , vicino alla metro Toledo e non lontano da Piazza del Plebiscito. Gianluca, il proprietario, è stato molto disponibile e cordiale La colazione l'ho sempre fatta al bar sotto all'alloggio e anche lo staff del bar è stato molto cordiale .Davvero complimenti a chi come Gianluca ti da la possibilità di scoprire la bellissima città di Napoli. Ci ritornerò di sicuro. Alessio
