The bed was filthy, it has clearly been slept in already and not cleaned, it was covered in hair and filth and even had shoe prints on it yet they refused to give me my money back, I removed everything from the bed but the sheet which I tried to brush everything off as best I could in the middle of the night when I arrived. Absolutely disgusting, it’s the dirtiest BnB I’ve ever had the misfortune of booking. The staff were extremely rude and when I told them I would be adding a review on trip adviser to warn others about how bad the experience was they accused me of blackmailing them which is just ridiculous.

Good clear instructions for out of hours key retrieval from outside the building’s main door. Building looked a little scruffy but opening the hotel door was such a lovely surprise. Lovely white modern corridor with lovely lights that lit up with movement. Small kitchen and welcome chocolates and sweets was a lovely touch. Rooms clean, modern and although a little noisy woth the window open, it all quietened down just after midnight. Would highly recommend for great value hotel close to Naples station.

The whole place is very clean and modern. When you're doing on-line check-in, make sure to follow the instructions to the dot, replay the video just before you start and watch very carefully! I made a simple mistake and had to contact them to avoid any possible problems. It was also rather difficult to use keys on the first attempt. Wifi was pretty good, no problems. Towels, body&head soap are included and replenished each day. I don't know about breakfast - I had a tight schedule and was offered coffee in the mornings, I always had to leave before 8:30 AM, I'm not sure if there's more if you stay until about 10:00 AM? The check-out is at 10:00 AM, but they can wrap up early if you ask them to. Their English is so-so, but you can talk about the most important stuff, and the rest with help of translation engines. A shower head broke once, it seemed to me like it's made of a very thin material. As a side recommendation, I recommend avoiding left side of Piazza Enrico de Nicola at night. I went from a party and a man started following me and shouting at me 'excuse me, prego, sorry', it took like half a minute and was rather scary.
