Hotel Palazzo Argenta

Very nice place and people, Very good breakfast, A little bit far away from centre, but it's a good choise. You have R5 bus from Argenta Hotel to Central station.

Stay was ok, room size is small! I may not stay again as it was bit tricky going to my daily meetings!

Close to the airport but taxis are a problem...initially taxi driver wanted me to pay 35Euros and I refused then ended up paying 25Euros! The rooms are average, just for 1 night was ok, wouldn't stay longer...room had a mouldy smell, shower was dirty.

Hotel is generally clean but location is not terrible for guest that have engagement in city center. Hotel definitely not good for guest that does not speak or understand Italian. Reception service very poor for non speaking Italians

My stay was for 5 nights. The room was very clean and quiet and the oversized plush towels and high thread count cotton sheets a nice touch. The bed is a little hard but the pillows were perfect. The hotel staff was really nice. Sadly the neighborhood is in a rougher part of the city and has limited options nearby for food and transit, especially on a Sunday when nothing is open. The room has a pay bar mini-fridge but in this area with such limited resources nearby a fridge for the sole use of hotel guest would be much better. The downside is that the hotel is undergoing major renovations, so from 8AM - 5 PM everyday you hear loud construction noise, which made it difficult to sleep in or take important calls. The breakfast has a ton of selection, however it is left out for hours without items being cycled out or even replenished. If you don't get their by within the first hour things like the yogurt, is warm and the eggs, salmon, sliced meats and are no longer at a temperature safe for consumption. The first day after eating some of the salmon, that was supposed to be served cold but was left out too long, I got really sick. I also noticed that some items were not changed daily, like the moldy fruit that was put out 2 days in a row.

Stopover before early flight. Unable to have the breakfast. Great pizza up the street. Clean and comfortable bed with on time taxi pick up. No complaints.

This property is not in a very good part of town. No restaurants, markets or bars close by. Noisy but very close to the airport.

The receptionist was helpful and courtesy. However when we mentioned that one of the rooms did not have a blanket he reassured us that there will be one brought up. Later in the evening he confirmed the blanket will be coming however he was never provided. The breakfast that was included with our room was very good and there was a lot of options to chose from. The receptionist also assisted with arranging a taxi to take us to the airport which was a nice bonus. The rate was also very reasonable.

There was loud construction all day from 7am until 5pm non stop. It was so loud it sounded like it was all around us. The Hotel never warned us about the construction or had any signage about the construction. We reached out and sent a few messages to the hotel but no one got back to us. We were only staying over one night as we were flying out of Naples the next day. If you want to disturbed with construction at all hours of the day, then this hotel is for you. We couldn't even get any sleep.
