Amazing
GGuest UserOverall, the hotel is new and looks very nice. For family traveling, it is not very convenient, especially if you have strollers as there are places without ramps, only stairs.
There is not much amenities you can use in the property without paying extra. With such a high room price, you would expect more.
The location is very close to the Nara park and you can see deers inside the property.
The included breakfast can be better, I don’t think the portion is enough, but they do provide rice if you need more.
GGuest UserI have stayed here many times. The environment is very good. The price is affordable. The subway is very convenient. The nearby restaurants are also very good. The service is good. Overall, it is OK. I will choose here again on my next business trip.
MMichael IanThis place was so cute and excellent. Staff didn't speak much English, but we were able to communicate easily enough. Room was Japanese Ryokan style. Tatami mats, low table. It had everything needed, shower and toilet in the room too. There is also an onsen that you can reserve for your private use. I asked for a time later at night and they still had one spot available. If you can't get a time then it is ”public use” after 22:00, which seems to mean that you might need to share if others want to join. Location was very good, right in the middle of the historic part of town and a short walk (<5 min) to Nara park to see the deer. Hotel was very nice and clean. I was here in late December and the air conditioning heater in the room was very good too.
CCKG-HstFacilities: The facilities are brand new, and the hotel occupies the entire building. Its proximity to the train station is also a significant advantage.
Cleanliness: True to Japanese standards, the hotel was spotlessly clean, providing complete peace of mind during my stay.
Environment: Despite being surrounded by busy roads, the hotel's soundproofing is superb, ensuring a quiet night's sleep with virtually no noise.
Service: The Japanese-style service was excellent. There was even a friendly ********* staff member at the front desk, allowing for seamless communication in Chinese.
Wwee teeBooked this hotel through Trip which was a godsend. The hotel that I booked through ******* was screwed up big time by ******* because the hotel didn't receive the reservation apparently. ******* was not helpful with the relocation (even thought there were availability at other hotels), claiming the hotel class are different from the one I booked. Anyways this hotel is convenient and clean, only thing that I disliked was the site mentioned double bed BUT only can accommodate 1 person!? Ended we have to pay additional ¥3k for the 3rd person (my youngest daughter) for 2 rooms. 1 room for myself and the other for both daughters because the manager was adamant about the 1 room per person, however after paying the additional ¥3k he was ok with 2 persons in a room. Didn't make sense unless I was explained it is some government regulations to allow only 1 double bed room for 1 person
WWohewodejiarenThe location is superb, just a five-minute walk from JR Nara Station, and it was surprisingly quiet at night. The hotel offers laundry facilities with washers and dryers. We also discovered a fantastic, highly-rated ramen shop nearby. The ramen was spicy and uniquely featured tripe and chopped chives, ingredients rarely seen in ramen in Japan. It's even a spot frequented by celebrities! Plus, when returning in the evening, there's a large Aeon supermarket conveniently located right at the station. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserThis is the most stupid hotel I have ever been to. I had my breakfast here and that’s food to make sure. And for lunch I decided to eat some sandwiches at the canteen. That’s also food with no smell. When I was just about to order some drinks, a staff came to me and said ‘food is not allowed here.’ Then where else can I eat this??? And he said downstairs in b1. I was totally shocked by his logic which was zero logic. Breakfast = food and outer food = food as well, like it’s just a sandwich with no smell. Is it not a hotel that guests are even not allowed to eat their food in the sun with fresh air?? Any food not provided by them are not allowed and there was no other space to sit in the lobby. This is as funny as ****. They are even more stupid than robots that they make up rules with no logic and they will follow them without thinking till die.
GGuest UserThis hotel is exactly something what we expected to experience with a Japanese style room and hot spring. We chose Japanese style room which was spacious enough for 3 guests. Hotel fee already included Japanese dinner served inside room and breakfast (Japanese or American) served in their restaurant. Hot spring is available from 4pm-11pm, however, no morning session is available which a bit disappointed us. Hot spring area is not big, it is more enjoyable when there are only 2-3 guest in the pool.
Hotel location is good, only about 6 mins walk from Kintetsu Nara station. The only bad thing was NO elevator or escalator from the station up to ground floor exit. All other main tourist attractions are within walkable distance.
GGuest UserExcept for the location being a little far away, there is nothing wrong with it. There are massage chairs and massage sticks, a massage bathtub, and a TV where you can watch movies and adult films. For such a large space, the price is very cost-effective.
GGuest UserFirst of all, the service staff is warm and thoughtful, and the attitude is amiable! Tell the precautions, the hotel is clean and hygienic, and the quilt is covered by yourself. The bathroom in the bath is particularly clean. Every guest is very conscious. Try to control yourself and not disturb others. It is really great!
