All stuffs were kind & friendly!! We really appreciate & enjoyed their smiles !! Thank you !! But smell in the bathroom was very bad ! & parking is too difficult to find a spot !! Hopefully these problems will be resolved asap !

The room facilities are outdated, and the room size is just about acceptable. There are convenience stores both inside and outside the hotel, which is handy for picking up a few things. I only stayed here because I had an early flight the next morning. The free shuttle bus is a plus, but everything else is pretty average. It's fine for a one-night stay; you can't expect too much. I've included the hotel's shuttle bus timetable for anyone who might need it in the future.

The rooms here are very large (28 sq.m.) compared to standard Japanese hotels. There is a 7-Eleven on the ground floor and a free shuttle bus to AEON Mall and the station. Although the interior is a bit dated, it is clean, comfortable, and great value for money!

This hotel is about two kilometers from JR Narita Station. They offer a scheduled shuttle service to and from both the station and Narita Airport. You'll find a lot of airline crew staying here, and the dining options are plentiful. However, it might not have been the right season, as I didn't see the beautiful garden I had imagined.

My sister stayed on 8th floor. The room was quite poorly maintained. During her stay, she found a cockroach walking on the bed, which was really disgusting and made her felt uncomfortable. We think it is extremely rare to find a cockroach in the hotels in Japan! In addition, when we reported the issue to the staff, his attitude was cold and didn’t apologise. Although he changed another room for my sister upon request, he did not arrange any staff to assist with the room change.

Had a solid stay here. First off, the location is amazing—very strategic and convenient to get around. The hotel itself is also spotless and well-maintained. The only thing that could be improved is the food. It tasted pretty standard, so hopefully, you guys can add more flavor to the menu in the future. Thanks for the stay!

They have shuttle buses every hour heading to the station, airport, and the shopping mall so it’s very convenient. They also have a 7-11 at the lobby and a convenience store nearby. The staff are all friendly and speak English. The hotel is a bit dated but overall is pretty clean
