This is rated a 4 star hotel, however I don't think it deserves this rating. The rooms are comfortable and clean but I think the bath should have a nonslip surface and there should be a rail to hold onto when getting into the bath. The cafeteria does not offer or other food unless the restaurant is open. The buffet breakfast is abundant. The restaurant only offers an evening meal with a set menu of limited choice and no vegetarian options. We did not use the spa facilities.

Our room was so clean and totally bug free, which is what I was looking for Staff was amazing Location is perfect I will stay there again when I return. Thank you for a great few days They are located next to the mall and the shopping there was fantastic The breakfast was very good

The hotel is situated just outside the town, however it is right next to a shopping centre and by a supermarket and a few bars and restaurants. We had an excellent stay!

Nice specious rooms especially 3rd and 4th floor. Good and attentive staff. Internet access limited to 1mb/sec no option for business internet. Food options very limited. No coffee machine or water kettle in room.No sound insluation from next room or outside.Fairly remote from center and surounded by various wharehouses and mega markets.

The hotel is very well placed for shopping as it is next to a big shopping centre as a consequence there are no views from the windows. General impression of the hotel is of a modern, well-equipped and light building. Reception was quick and the staff helpful and friendly. Rooms clean , well-equipped, and quiet, beds comfortable. They only serve breakfast and evening meal both of which were adequate however there were few vegetarian options. The staff was friendly.

El desayuno buffe, el café muy malo, poca variedad, las habitaciones muy normalitas para un hotel de 4 estrellas , el Spa no tienen muchos chorros de agua aunque si es amplio, el Jacuzzi está bien, las cenas muy malas, poquísima variedad , y mal cocinado por ejemplo los Espaguetis con gambas, estaban súper secos debido a que fueron recalentados, sin duda la cocina lo peor del hotel, lo mejor los empleados muy amables todos y muy atentos, y la ubicación.

Habitaciones ruidosas, para descansar mal, nos pudieron junto a unos obreros que volvían de trabajar a las 6:30am a puro portazo. Nos quejamos pero todos Lis días Lis ruidos como si se metieran en nuestra habitación.
El spa es muy pequeño con “tres” chorros y una esquina con burbujas.
El desayuno justito. La limpieza correcta, la atención correcta sin más.
