I loved everything about this building, except for the wifi not working in my unit. Otherwise, perfect location (right downtown but off the main ***** so not noisy at night), comfortable units.

Very easy to book, automated key retrieval, and it's basically a fully furnished 1bd apar**ent with laundry machines in unit.

The check-in and out process were simple. Parking is accessible. Spacious apar**ent with amenities. We were close to the concert and other local entertainment. Can't wait to return in warmer weather for that pool!

Location to Broadway is an easy 10 minute walk. The building is new, clean and well kept. Front desk staff are wonderful. Easy checkin with the key fob.
If you bring your pet, there’s next to zero grass in the immediate area surrounding the building.
The apar**ent itself had a nice bed, was clean and kitchen stocked ok (utensils, glassware, plates). There was one garbage can for the entire apar**ent, no kitchen hand soap, no extra blankets or pillows.

This was the perfect location for touring In Nashville. A very short walk from downtown. Never felt unsafe. Place was perfect for us as a couple. The internet access was a little spotty but the response in helping us was very quick. Desk staff was so nice and helpful too. I highly recommend this place.

Checkin was very frustrating because the instructions were incomplete as to how to enter the property before picking up keys. There was no internet in the apar**ent so the TV didn’t work.
