The Lodhi – A Member of the Leading Hotels of the World

Overall a very poor experience and nothing like a 5 star hotel should be, unless you don’t have experience with 5 star hotels. The room we booked (signature terrace) was in a section of the hotel where renovation was clearly happening. It was 19:00 when we checked in and could hear loud hammering and the room reeked of paint and construction chemicals. We asked to be moved and they just put us in a room directly below where we had the same hammering and smell. We asked to just be in a different section of this very large hotel, but they just moved us once again one room directly below. We finally gave up from being so exhausted and having dinner reservations. We took a shower, and the shower drain was clogged and water leaked out onto the floor. When we came back, the bathroom smelled like raw sewage. We finally had enough and insisted we be moved to a different section of the hotel and they finally did, but to a much smaller room than we booked with no tub. We stayed there because it was quiet and didn’t smell like paint and sewage. The front desk reception is completely clueless about hospitality. It was completely inappropriate they checked us into a room in that condition, refused to come up with a solution, and then moved us to a downgraded room, because we didn’t want to hear construction late at night and have sewage come through the shower. They were rude about the situation and did not care at all. This is what I would expect at a $10 a night hostel, not a hotel that claims to be a 5 star luxury experience. On top of that, the day we checked out we didn’t have a flight until the evening, and they said they could hold our bags for the day in storage. After leaving for 5+ hours, we see our bags outside by the entrance. They had been left there all day outside, and I was told it was just a “miscommunication” between staff. I don’t know how no one would notice this, but that’s little the staff cares and how untrained they are. Overall, it was a very stressful stay. I had also stayed at the nearby Oberoi at the start of my trip and had a much better experience. Don’t bother with the Lodhi.

This is a first-class hotel all around. The rooms are spacious, modern, and comfortable. The staff was attentive and helpful. The dining options are spectacular, and in-room dining options were great as well. I will definitely stay here again!

Its worth the stay and there management is pretty good liked there team as all where sweet and friendly i spent time with my husband and its a great place for couples family friendly everyone you can definitely see for further details i would rate 9/10

Amazing food and a fantastic vibe. This place has not received it's due in the face of Indian Accent. It is ideal for a relaxed, cozy evening and they give customisation as per preference. Raushan has been great with the service and lovely experience

The Lodhi Hotel continues to exceed my expectations...they are super efficient, kind and provide excellent service. I look forward to coming back soon to stay. The rooms are very clean, the food is great and the staff always ready to help. The spa and gym, tennis courts and squash court are all superb.

I recently stayed at The Lodhi Hotel in Delhi and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is a peaceful retreat in the busy city, with lush greenery that immediately made me feel relaxed. The dining options were excellent, with Indian Accent offering amazing modern Indian cuisine, while Elan provided a more casual approach but yet had good options. The wellness facilities, including a large outdoor pool, a fully-equipped gym, and a serene spa, were perfect for evenings. The Lodhi perfectly combines luxury and convenience, making it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers looking for a high-end calming stay in the city.

As a regular luxury traveler, The Lodhi in Delhi well surpassed my expectations in many ways. The seamless check-in experience created the foundation for the stay. This room stands out from any other options in the city because of its spacious, stylishly built rooms that feature private plunge pools. The culinary selection was incredible; whether dining at the on-site Italian restaurant or experiencing an exquisite meal at Indian Accent, every dish was masterfully made and exquisitely presented. The spa treatment was incredibly soothing and offered a calm haven in the middle of the busy city. I recently stayed at The Lodhi Hotel in Delhi, and it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Navjot, Vinay and Ashish were truly remarkable! We had a great time at Perbacco and the service they provided were just really good We had come to Lodhi to celebrate our second anniversary and they really made it a point to take care of us It was not just the amazing pizza, but the desserts were really good too
